This company is a SCAM do not spend your money. I placed order in Jan, it arrived all the way from China in Feb. Entire order incorrect, I emailed the company several times no response or reply. This company is most likely ran by some scammer in China preying on shoppers.

Ordered the Lorna Luxe ‘Cambridge’ Slogan Jumper and the letters are ironed on and were peeling off as I pulled it out of the bag. For a $68 jumper I couldn’t believe the poor quality of the item. I ordered this in mid February and didn’t receive it until today 17/03. Nearly a month later. Wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.

I ordered the Caroline Flack t shirt on 19th February still not received it emailed multiple times not received an answer absolutely disgusted to think they used someone’s suicide to fraudulently get money

Absolutely awful. Ordered Caroline Flack T-shirt’s, the smaller size came larger than the medium size I ordered. Tried 5x to speak to someone and I will never use or recommend this company to anyone!!!

Order a Be Kind T-Shirt 19 Feb, received e-mail to say it was despatched 25th Feb, then nothing. Sent 5 e-mails, no reply, visted store to collect 3 times to be told still in transit. Have just received e-mail to say I have been refunded for my return, which I never received, minus £2.50 handling fee!!!! Never using this so called Company again, absolute joke of a business, deserve to be closed down.

If I could give this company a minus zero star I would! Disgusting customer service. Ordered 2 'be kind' tshirts when arrived the smaller size was bigger than the large and badly made, so returned both items. Got charged £2.50 for doing so. Company acknowledged by emails 2 tshirts received. When my refund was made it was only for one tshirt leaving me £10 out of pocket. Thieving company, deny all knowledge then keep your money and never respond to emails. Seems very odd that this is a reoccuring complaint with them. Will never use this company again!

The company deserves to go bust. They are an embarrassment and I think the staff that work there know it, hence no reply to any emails.

I ordered the Be Kind t-shirt in a size 10-12. The one that arrived was much bigger than that! I’ve emailed twice asking how I can get a refund or exchange for a smaller size and no reply to either email. I just think it’s absolutely shocking that they are conning customers who want to contribute to a worthy cause in response to Caroline Flack’s tragic death.

Ordered a charity t shirt in size 10 which arrived and is absolutely enormous!! Nowhere near a 10. I messaged them by email and got a generic reply to say within 48 hours someone would contact me, nothing and it's been 1 week. I have tried the "live" chat 4 times and despite being number 1 in the queue, no one responds, you always get a message saying they are busy and leave your email address and a message and someone will get back... Nothing. The returns portal doesn't accept my postcode either. If this had not been a charity purchase I would be very angry but as its a good cause I will just have to keep my very oversized t shirt! If you are ordering anything, make sure you are going to love it as you will be stuck with it regardless of the size or quality.

Please do not buy the Caroline Flack T shirt from this company. Like everyone else I have experienced dreadful (i.e. non-existent) customer service. When my t shirt arrived it was huge and I have e-mailed 4 times requesting preferably a replacement, if not a refund and have tried two virtual chats with them and have not heard a thing from them. Added to which they apparently deduct £2.50 from your refund if you use their returns label to send something back to them. Why would you do that with a charity t shirt? As the other reviewer said - Go buy the Keith Lemon one instead. I have and it's absolutely lovely. I will never use this company again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered the ‘Be Kind’ t shirt. It’s huge so emailed to ask how to return as no packing slip. Got an email saying they’d respond in 48 hours. That was 10 days and 2 more emails ago. Going to make a PayPal claim.

Bought the charity Be kind tshirt over 2 weeks ago only I’ve never received the tshirt. Avoid buying from here and buy the Keith lemon tshirt. His are £25 and all money goes to Caroline’s charity. I’ve tried to contact customer service and just get the same email back saying they will contact me in 48 hours only they don’t.

AVOID***This company should be avoided at all costs! They do NOT respond to returns or emails!!!!!! I paid for a £50 dress from here, which was poor quality material and extremely large sizes, also looked in a very used condition! Anyhow I promptly sent the dress back with paid Royal Mail, over a month ago, and still no refund! I’ve emailed them over 20 times to various email address they supply, to which no response at all! THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO REFUND REQUESTS! I order from amazon, pretty little thing, next and Manier de vor, who all respond with in 24hours to emails and no problem with returning any items. As it currrntlu stands, IN THE STYLE have taken my money ‘£50’ and accepted the returned item ‘dress’! I have nothing, I’m at a loss I’d money and item! They email me all the time promoting their clothing, trying to get more money out of me l. However, there cheats, the aft, unprofessional, untrustworthy and a currupt company!!!!! not one single response to my refund!!!

Ordered charity t-shirt to be collected at local asda never turned up .sent two emails with no reply .So decided to do live chat link they told me my parcel had gone missing and can't trace it can have refund or try to reorder great .just received my tshit what a shocker should have just gave the money for charity forget t-shirt words are broken bits missing some faded just about read .very disappointed

Ordered two Be Kind t-shirts on 17th Feb and the order still says processing! Emailed customer services three times and still no reply. Not happy with them as money has been taken from my account. I get it is money for charity but this is unacceptable.

Seen a lot of bad reviews about the charity t shirt, I am also experiencing it! Paid £10 for the t shirt and no response, no confirmation email, no replies to my emails or tweets but they've taken the money out of my account. Was trying to be polite as it is for charity but not even a response? Completely unacceptable...
