"I ordered a dress on Monday the 31st of May. First time using the site. When I ordered and selected my size it said the item was in stock (in that particular size) and when I went through checkout they gave me the option of Next day delivery for an extra \u00a35.99 fee. I needed the dress for an event on the 5th June and this was the reason I ordered as it said I could have next working day delivery. Now this was bank holiday Monday so I assumed my item would be dispatched on the following day and I would receive it on the Wednesday, still plenty of time for my event on Saturday considering I had paid an extra fee for next working day delivery, but Wednesday and Thursday came without even a notification or email and when I checked my account it said my order status was \u2018processing\u2019 so I emailed asking if my order would be dispatched that day on the Thursday as I had paid for next day delivery and I was met with an automated email saying someone would get back to me within 48 hours. During this time I received another generic email stating that there were delays on some items coming into their warehouse and they apologised and said they would get the items out as quickly as possible. I also received another email from a customer service agent stating they were experiencing transportation issues meaning there was a delay in items coming into their warehouse. I replied asking if I would receive a refund for the \u00a35.99 I paid for express next day delivery and again I received a generic email saying someone would get back to me in 48 hours. My event came and went on the Saturday and I still hadn\u2019t heard anything about the dress. Then on Sunday 6th of May I received another email from a customer service agent telling me that the reason my order hasn\u2019t been dispatched is because I ordered a pre order item which is completely untrue. The item stated it was \u2018in stock\u2019 when I ordered and it offered me next working day delivery so why would it have been a pre order item, plus also she completely contradicted what the previous email had stated! So one minute I\u2019m ordering an \u2018in stock\u2019 item, paid for next day delivery and then I\u2019m being told sorry there\u2019s a delay and then it\u2019s apparently because I ordered a pre order item?! Plus they completely ignored my request for a refund for \u2018next day delivery\u2019 considering I paid for a service I didn\u2019t receive. It\u2019s now the 8th of June and I\u2019m still none the wiser as to when I\u2019m receiving my item."

“They have a scheme, better to call it a con, with Susan Miller Astrology for a beauty box. I like Susan so got it to support her. A month later it has not arrived. First mail a week ago, I was told I would have it in a week. Now they say I should be ‘patient’ - a month is not patient? I’ve asked for my money back, they said no. They’re crooks.”

“Order a pair of beige chunky boots, worn twice and the stitching at the seam by the sole is coming away!!! I have been emailing and chasing for nearly 4 weeks this is ridiculous and I am fed up!!!”

“Ordered arrived quickly but sizing is very wrong, brought a faux leather jacket in my usual size and I am 37 weeks pregnant and its still massive on me and its smells like rotten fish. Also ordered some boots in my usual size and they are to big yet the style of them causes blisters after wearing them for 20 mins. Was going to send back but looking at other reviews about refunds might as well sell them on ebay.”

“Poor quality, missing stitching (leaves) from one of the roses on the front of my jumper so looks very out of place and just odd!! Every email and Instagram message has been ignored. Shocking customer service and shocking quality control on their products. The prices aren't justified against the quality, no response anywhere if you have an issue with their products.”

“Twice now I've paid extra for next day delivery for the parcel to not arrive on time which means that's twice now that I've not have an outfit for an event I was attending despite paying extra to ensure I would. Why would you offer next day delivery if you don't have the capacity to? The person on the live chat kept saying sorry but not offering any solution. When I eventually asked if he had a solution he said he could refund me the £4 delivery which seems a little bit insulting on an order over £150. When I asked for anything else, he said he could give me 10% off my next order. If you think I'm ever ordering from here again after it's happened twice you've got another thing coming. If you can't get my order right twice, god knows how many people this has happened to. If you're going to be useless at customer service, at least have competent people manning the phones and live chats. Really disappointed in the service and won't be shopping here again. It seems the brand which started with humble beginnings has completely lost sight of the people it took to get you there. A real shame.”

“INCREDIBLY poor service. If possible I would give 0 star. They need to step up their customer service and their response times ASAP. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for a response just in regards to store credit as they DO NOT give refunds for sending items back and only give store credit so you are FORCED to order from them and go through the whole ordeal again and when they do email all they do is ask for my email address and then never do anything else. I don’t know why anyone would use this site anyway- clothes are expensive for the cheap tat that arrives. May aswell order from Shein for a fraction of the price if you want to wear cheap made clothes.”

“Very poor company - I sent back £70 worth of clothing & received £2 refund. Tried contacting the company for the past 3 weeks and haven't received a single response. Just read some other reviews and can see other people have had similar experiences. Not sure why celebrities endorse this company!”

“Do not use this company. They are awful. I placed an order end of September and the great quality wasn’t great. I returned them a couple days later yet still no refund. It’s been over a month and I am still waiting. Their policy says chase up after 10 days of sending. I have chased twice via email and once via Facebook and still no response. Will i ever get my refund?? Very disappointing. Such an unreliable service. Do not recommend use”

“Item was scheduled for next working day delivery but took in total nearly a week, by which point I was already on holiday and couldn't collect. By the time I was back my items had been returned with a refund coming in 14 days. In between this I had been trying to contact them, however no response from Customer Service, and even their agent on the Instagram account stopped replying to me, even though I was just trying to see if the items could be held in store for me a few days longer.”

“Like so many others 10 weeks later and I am still waiting for a refund. Sent an item back from @ladbaby mum and all I get is emails to say they have received my email then nothing. Been going round in circles for weeks. Avoid at all costs, poor service. Don’t waste your time or money.”

“Avoid at all costs - didn’t send me my whole order and took 3 weeks of chasing for them to realise it had sold out when my order was shipped. It showed as delivered on my account. Returned the whole order in end anyway. No customer service at all. Its so hard to have a conversation with someone. And to add a £2.50 admin fee just to send the returns back!”

“Customer Service is appalling. Live chat is useless. Why is there not a contact number?? SEVERAL emails later and still awaiting refund, however 3 have been replied to by 'Lilly' who now appears to have left the building.... Avoid!!”

“Sent me wrong items I returned costing me more money, they have since only refunded me for 3/4 items and not showing my 4th item as even returned. No one respond to emails about this either! I have used in the style W lot but I won’t anymore”
