I ordered 2 of the charity t-shirts on the 18/02 one black one pink and I haven’t received either. I have emailed about 4 times and had no reply which Is disgusting considering it’s supposed be a charity T-shirt! Very quick to take my money yet no delivery of goods, have now raised issue with PayPal! In style should be ashamed of themselves.

In memory of Caroline Flack I ordered the be kind tshirt on 19th February 2020... no sign of it and no response to the emails and live chat either!!! Not on, is very upsetting

Ordered 2 charity t-shirts on the 18/02 I’ve an email confirming order, money has been taken from my bank yet no T-shirt’s have arrived!..I’ve sent emails and had no reply, then via online chat I was assured by star they would be here by the 2/3, and yet still nothing!..you brag about how much money you’ve given to charity and yet you seem to have just scammed a lot of us by promising a product yet delivering nothing!

I h B ought a jumper a few months ago and the quality is so poor it’s bobbled so badly. Customer service After numerous emails didn’t reply, so o did a live chat and they said in so many words tough it’s wear and tear! I accept things go bobbly but I have hardly worn it and I expect a £30 jumper to last longer then 2 months !! Terrible service and clothes!

Ordered a jumper and it bobbled so bad I can never wear it again , it’s so bad I’ve only had it a couple months. When I complained they in so many words said they won’t do anything and generally wear and tear! Yeah cause I wear it everyday! I don’t think so literally worn a few times then that happens

Ordered a charity t shirt and a dress on the 18th March and still haven’t received them. I have contacted the company via the live chat asking when my order will be getting delivered and every time the date of delivery has been pushed back. Money has been taken out of my account and this is beyond a joke now. If I wasn’t to contact the company I would be clueless as to where my order is and what is happening. Absolute joke!

I ordered a charity t-shirt and jumper on the 18/02. I have still not received it. I contacted the company via live chat and they said they would not be shipped until the 05/03 !! That is 20 days after I ordered it !! This company is a joke! do not order from them !!!!! they are more than happy to take your money but you will be waiting nearly a month for your clothes!

The shop online was fast and easy Enjoyed looking through the Clothes, But the way they go about their delivery and Correspondence to their customers is shocking, it needs some work but your Clothes are small in size but good in quality, got my Caroline Flack T-shirt so I’m happy.

Absolutely disgraceful, I've still not received my order, they have closed their telephone lines and not responding to emails sent a week ago. DO NOT USE!

I ordered the Be Kind T shirt on the 18th February. No T shirt & no response to my emails. Considering 100% of this money was due to go to Charity. I now have my serios doubts. What a disgrace of a Company

I ordered the be kind T-shirt on Sunday 23rd February and have not received it yet!!!! I have sent many emails and they have replies stating someone will get back to me with no luck!!!!! Can someone please help as I can’t find any contact number for this company

Never will I ever use this company again ! Shocking Customer service. My item which was next day delivery Via toyou at Asda ( who didn’t have record of my items ) never turned up but the money was taken from my account I have chased this up for two weeks nearly with no avail just a link on tracking to say that there may be a problem and one parcel was sent back to the retailer , an adviser on online chat said they would look into it and nothing came out it no reply this happened on two occasions also sent multiple emails to which no reply - until one adviser said she would send a replacement out , which yes you can guess never showed ! So I got in touch again and they blamed a courier for loosing my items , wanted to re Order oh no stock in my size I was told ! So I wouldn’t put your trust in this retailer spend your money else where !

If I could give 0 star I would waiting for a refund on a pair of Jean's I returned which they received back on the 29th jan 20.Also had to pay for return this site is a scam please avoid at all costs you wont get your money back.

Not using Again due to returning an item and being charged £6.49 for the pleasure! Plenty of other clothing companies out there who do not charge like this for returns!! Scandalous!!

Terrible sizing cheap tacky material aswell china sizing I'd say I'd probably have to go up to sizes bigger than I am for these Jean's I purchased to fit me please avoid they look great in the pics dont be fooled.

If I could give a negative number I would!! Ordered 1st week in November, have been trying to reach them or get a response from them since Christmas, product never arrived - not sure if it ever shipped, but will not be letting PayPal make the payment!!

Have tried about 8 times to check out clothes in my basket , all payment options are not working , debit card Paypal and Klarna all say “ there is a problem processing my payment ?? And now all payment options disappear when I click on them ?? What is going on ?
