Tacky clothes, have had previous items arrive with buttons missing or half torn off. I wasn't going to bring this up but last night I ordered with them before 10pm for next day delivery on a Sunday and upon checking it was arriving today (me contacting them), they have told me they can only apologise but it's not going to be arriving today as they don't deliver at weekends in my area. which is total lies as I have received items from here before on a weekend. I asked for a refund for the delivery and they declined it saying I should have read through the pages and pages of terms and conditions on their website before placing an order which is just ridiculous. Be very wary shopping with them, as their clothes unfortunately aren't even worth it half the time and mostly have to be returned. Also, keep an eye on how much they give you for your returns. I have previously had to chase up missing payments for items as they haven't counted it up properly. I already know they're going to try and come up with a poor excuse of a reply to this, but honestly, they are trying to protect their company and don't really care about their customers.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE COAT WAS MADE IN CHINA PAID 90.00 ADVISED UT DIDNT FIT AND I CANT GET A REFUND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIANCED PLEASE DONT USE THIS SITE !!°

What a scam! I should have been suspicious when I didn’t get a confirmation on my order! After many emails to the company I always got the same message saying that they apologized for not getting my order sent. The past 2 messages have not gone through a I guess that speaks volumes!!! Shame in YOU!! Sadly enough 2 of my grandkids will not be receiving their Xmas gift!!! Beware, anyone considering ordering from this company, STAY CLEAR!!!!!

Really poor quality materials used. Look amazing in the pictures but in real life very disappointing. The prices do not reflect the quality. Have bought several different items now all sent back. I will not be buying from them again.

Still no order after two week!no response to any of my emails also no response on live chat!!the address was incorrect on the order but advised it would be changed and someone would be in touch within 24/48 hours and this was a week ago now and still no response. Absolute disgusting poor customer service. This dress was for two events and it has not turned up for either of them. I would recommend everyone to avoid buying from here and I will not be buying from here again.

This company is a fraud. I have attempted to contact them to get my order cancelled. Each time they respond back, I am begged not to cancel my order. I will make sure to have your business posted on my social media with NEGATIVE reviews. I will have my family and friends share your terrible business with others so that you will lose customers.

They have the worst customer support service!! I have emailed multiple times and have not had a response as they delivered my parcel to the wrong address in a completely different part of the country and are saying it’s my fault even tho I put in my address correctly!! Then had to message on twitter to get a response, which too days for a reply, they wouldn’t refund me for shipping costs and taken £2.99 for handling costs so the money I got back didn’t even cover what I paid for the item!! I will never by from them again

Awful!! Paid for next day delivery, didn’t get it until 4 days later. Then when I finally got the stuff, two items were too big and two were so tiny they wouldn’t have fit my child!! Yet everything was labelled the same size!! Contacted them on multiple occasions to keep being told my order would be with me and to allow until 8pm and nothing.. Then when I’ve sent my order back, I’ve been told “I have no right to cancel or refund” of my delivery!! So highly recommended to purchase from them to get this experience the first time. Awful!!

Made a mistake on my address, my phone auto filled to my old address just after I pressed submit. I immediately contacted them over their messaging service on their website, then over facebook as there way no way to change it on their website?? Heard nothing back for a day, got a message back saying that can’t amend it at all, but could cancel it if not dispatched. I immediately replied saying yes do this. Heard nothing back, so the next day messaged them on Facebook again. Got another message saying that they could cancel it, immediately replied yes please. Heard nothing back for another day, get a message saying dispatched!!! Messaged them as soon as I got this on both their messaging service and facebook. The next day, get a reply saying that they can request the Courier send it back to them. Immediately message them back requesting this. Just now got a message saying they can’t do this. Unbelievable. Lost an order, lost money and their customer service is just abysmal. First time ordering and last time. Every other clothes site I’ve used are so much quicker in response, probably the most frustrating service ever!!!

Items where poorly made the prices are exhaustion for the quality reminds me of clothing ordered from China also to add there’s a £2.50 admin charge to send items back what a cheek

Poor quality of made in China clothing paid 33.00 for satin blouse very disappointed. I am sending it back today also they charge you 2.50 administration fee for sending back what a cheek....

Ordered 23 bride tribe t shirts and 1 X Bride t shirt and posted them back to get a credit note so we could order alternative hen do attire and after leaving it 2 WEEKs which is ridiculous for a returns / refund policy emailed them 3 times. 2 days before the hen do asking if everything has arrived and they claimed that they hadn’t received anything and the warehouse were different to them emailing. The lady said nothing she could do so we’re basically now out of £200 credit note which we want for pyjamas and they have our money!!!! Do not buy from there. I’m hoping they can sort something out but so far they have said no.

Horrible and cheap quality for what you are paying! I can not believe the company has the audacity to have $40 US for tops that look like they were made with a broken down sewing machine in China!! SHEIN offers quality that is 1000x better than this company and for half the price! To top it all, the return process is a joke... $2.50euro for a “ admin fee”?!? Never even heard of such a thing.. PLUS you’re responsible for your own returns cost which every reasonable company covers now a days with the online shopping market booming so rapidly and competition getting fierce! Buyers beware!! Plus the pictures online barely resemble what you receive.

The quality of the clothing is really poor, not worth the prices! It’s cheap and low quality materials, sizings not great. The clothing looks really good in pictures but don’t be fooled.

Company doesn’t even deserve 1 star, to say it was my first ever order i paid extra for delivery for it to arrive quicker as I hadn’t received it next day like I paid for I contacted customer service where I was informed my parcel was lost and a new one would be sent out this took a further two days. Once it arrived the quality was terrible and not like the picture or description, after not receiving my refund which I have sent back 12 days ago I am told it will take me 14 working days to receive a refund!!!! Meaning I am still waiting a further 7 days due to another weekend!!!! Shocking and appalling and disgusting that they take money off you for returning on top of this

One of the worse customer experience ever, they lost my order no one is coming back to me, I have emailed them 3 times and no response, getting automative system response, there is no number to call, pretty poor, I only wish I could give zero stars

After a hard to use check out process I received a faulty dress. Company even admitted they had manufacturing problems with the dress when I contacted them after I had received it - where is the quality control? After many emails back and forth and sending pictures of the dress they requested, returned it to be told I hadn't asked for exchange, which I did, and was refunded minus my postage! Paid extra postage for a faster delivery too. Poor treatment of customers won't help this company.
