Awful sizing. Had to buy a size 24 when I am 18 its absolutely disgusting.

I received the wrong size jumper and spoke with Laura on the live chat, she was very helpful and quick to resolve my issue. She happily ordered the correct size and as I said was very helpful and polite. Thank you Laura for helping me solve my issue so quickly and efficiently.

AVOID No item after 3 days and NO reply whatsoever from customer service for such a big company why on earth would you not have a contact number or live chat etc ridiculous.. order was meant to be next day and its still Not even with the courier after 3 days FUMING!!!!

Would give no stars if I could. Dupe customers into thinking youve got 28 days to return when actually it’s 14 days to log it on the portal from the point of purchase. I’m 2 days out and they won’t have any compassion and refund me £170 worth of clothing I don’t want. The fit on the clothes Is horrendous and it’s cheap material. How they’ve got celebs to advertise for them I’ll never know.

Awful customer service. Returns portal would not work for me to process my return on day 12. Contacted customer services for help and to sort me a returns label and no one got back to me for 5 days - after over 10 emails. This resulted in in the style refusing to allow me to return UPOPENED items. £50 worth of rubbish that is no use to me what so ever. Will never ever order again. DO NO ORDER FROM HERE. No worth it. I am still within my 28 days but the company will not help or issue me with a returns label. Unbelievable

Free returns my eye! There is a £2.50 admin fee so its cost me £3.99 delivery to have faulty items to send back costing £2.50 off my refund! What a rip off won't use this company again

Awful company!!! AVOID !! Still awaiting for refund since last month. Not responding to emails in respect of refund. Sizes are awful, Size 12 seems like size 8. Surprised celebrities are involved with such an awful company! AVOID at all costs!

Clothes look lovely on the website but everything is so oversized it's ridiculous! I have a dress and shirt from the Jacqueline Jossa range in size 10 that still look huge on me even though I'm now 34 weeks pregnant! And I sized down 2 sizes for the Billie Faiers knitwear and the cardigan is still comically big, especially the sleeves! I get its meant to be oversized but they just look so ridiculous even when sizing down. Please make knitwear with normal sized sleeves!

I ordered the lamb skin coat. Looks nothing like picture, way tooo small like it was made for a child. Not happy at all and I get no response from the instyletees.com at all.

Ordered a jumpsuit and absolutely looks how it did in the photos. Delivery was excellent and came in perfect condition.

In the style are great UNTIL you actually have an issue. Their companies customer service is probably the worst I've ever come across. I would never order from them again and recommend others don't unless you can afford to throw money away

Had to send my items back as didn’t fit one way too big the other way too small yet the same size!! They take £2.50 admin charge off you for sending items back I thought that wasn’t too bad but what isn’t published on their website is they also charge you £3.99 for a return so the return will actually cost you £6.49 what a rip off . Customer services just aren’t interested at all very poor service .

Awful company and I’ll never order from them again. Clothes are cheap and poor quality. For a ‘cheap website’ they’re actually expensive for what you get. H&M is a much better option for quality clothes at cheaper prices. I’ve emailed several times with no response. Spent a lot of time trying to get through to the online chat unsuccessfully. I’m horrified that an online fashion business charges an archaic admin fee when returning your items and doesn’t make this clear at the pint of purchase. To me admin fees are associated with less credible / unscrupulous industries and turns out this is a dodgy, sneaky, unscrupulous business!
