Almost a month has passed since my original order. Item never received. I have sent 7 emails still no response. Extremely poor customer service. Disappointed is an understatement. Very frustrated - no one likes to be ignored.

Bought a jumper first time. Quality was poor and no better than what Tesco's would sell. Certainly not worth £30 ! Also applied for the discount but E-Mail didn't come through until a few hours later and as jumper was low in stock in my size I didn't want to lose it so I never got the discount. Would not use again or recommend.

Brought five pieces from their recent sale assuming I’d like at least a couple and as the sizing was odd I needed to work out what size fitted best. Brought in two sizes and neither one fitted! One was far to big and the other was just wrong, the dress panels were sewn in a very strange shape and none of the clothes looked anything like the pics. The material was cheap and scratchy, the colours on the knitwear was totally different to the pics shown and everything smelled slightly funny, like plastic! Their customer service is a joke and you’ll never get a full refund so seriously Don’t Bother, everything looked so cheap and nasty that I’d never have worn it even had it fitted.

I ordered a tshirt from the emily attack range. I am normally a size 14 to 16 but this came up absolutey huge! I had to send the item back but what I didnt realise that after being charged £3.99 for delivery they then take another £2.50 handling charge off your return! I order online all the time and have never come across this? So rather than getting the £11.25 that the tshirt cost I was refunded £8.75 for a tshirt that cost me over £15 that I didnt even wear!

I have spent a month with multiple emails trying to return a pair of shoes. They don’t respond for days and when they do, they ask for info that I have already provided. Am still with pair of shoes that look nothing like the photo, and no glimpse of a return address to send shoes which I have asked for over a dozen times, or any sight of a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Honestly, I am so disappointed. The quality is what you’d expect of a website like SHEIN, although you know what youre paying for with that website! I’ve found better quality on SHEIN or other cheap online websites. But InTheStyle’s prices are outrageous for the quality that you’re getting. The shipping was out of country, so I didn’t mind the wait. EVERYTHING is larger than the sizes stated on the website. The sizes you will get in the mail will be the basic “XS, S, M L”, and NOT 2, 4, 6, 8, etc like on the website. There is extra fabric in places that make the clothing look awkward. Please save your money and ship elsewhere. The pictures of the clothes VS the actual clothes that you will review in the mail are not the same.

Do not buy from In The Style, it's a rip-off! I live in Canda and ordered from them. It took nearly 20 days to arrive. I paid for my order (which included delivery). However, when I was going to pick-up my order from the post, they told me that In The Style included a $35.91 fee for me to pay. I will not be able to take my package unless I pay the fee. I contacted them and they informed me that is normal as it's hidden in their 'Terms and Conditions'. As I didn't want to pay the fee they told me that I will receive my refund in a month and a half!! The customer service was poor, (still waiting for them to reply back to my email), they were never apologetic and think including hidden fees from customers is totally normal. Just because you see influencers collab with them, it does not mean they are legit. Be careful!!!

Delivery was fast, got my order within 3 days although the quality was absolutely shocking! Ordered the famous Crystele dress which looks stunning on website. The material is so thin and all wrinkled. Spent over an hour trying to iron the pleats which was a waste of time. Going back! Left upset, with no birthday dress!

Brought two seperste items. Thought I may as well pay annual £9.95 for next day delivery. revived wrong item and then I found out that it will be £5 to return both packages!! Waste of time. I am not concerned how long I will be waiting for my refund!! Customer service was very rude.

Quality is very bad bikini was see trough returned next day took 3 weeks for return to processed and charged for post Buy elsewhere not worth the drama buy from pretty little things or I saw it first so inch easier and do not get charged for returnseobt buy again

Terrible customer service!!! I ordered a co-ord set but returned both parts as I did not like the set, these were returned in the same parcel. However, they have only refunded me for 1 of the 2 items and upon querying this, they have been extremely unhelpful and not willing to cooperate at all. Just keep coming up with excuses and unable to provide proof they only received the 1 item. I asked them to check stock levels, provide proof of the return note I sent in the parcel but not willing to do any of these things. Just keep coming up with excuses and saying “The returns team have processed the return inline with what they have received back inside the parcel.” Therefore, I have lost out on money as it’s my word against theres. Do not trust!!!

I never leave reviews for things but I just have to for this company as my experience has been so bad. The quality of the item I purchased was very poor. It looked different to what it did on the website. I paid extra for Saturday delivery and it turned up on Thursday, when I was not in. I was assured a refund of that delivery fee but it has been almost 3 weeks and I have received nothing. Terrible customer service. It was my first time ordering and I certainly will not be ordering again.

Shannon Mcfadden I am only receiving 3/4 of my items the tie was out of stock and I will get refunded £2.80 for it the amount I paid. I will need to wait to reorder it. I paid £2.80 for it free of shipping because it was such a large order. And now for me to purchase it it will cost £7 even with a 20% discount code because of shipping. So because of a fault on their end not enough stock I will be out of pocket £5 and they said well there’s nothing we can do about it. To get the goods I originally wanted I will need to reorder and pay £5 more for the exact same items because they were out of stock a fault on their end. The customer service didn’t offer any free shipping codes, vouchers or much sympathy at all.

Ordered a coat over a month ago ordered size 8 was more like a 6 even a 4!! Sent back for a refund almost 3 weeks ago and still not money! They asked me 2 weeks ago for my tracking number which I gave them and have been ignoring me since will never ever order from there again

Horrible return policy! The item I bought was way too big and did not correspond with the size guide on the website. They said I would have to return the item at my own cost, reorder the item in a different size and pay for shipping AGAIN! This would be me paying for shipping 3 times for a poor quality item! Very poor customer service and I will never shop on this website again.

The response time via email is far too long. 3-4 days I was waiting each email reply. My problem was not resolved. I had placed an order and 14 days later after a failed delivery attempt (attempted the next day as I had next day delivery) the order was refunded and I never got to see the items. I won’t be reordering (some stuff not in stock now anyway) because it’s likely to happen again and they were not willing to honour my 40% off code I had used. Terrible customer service

I ordered some bits to take away on my honeymoon... I’ve never ordered from in the style before but assumed the clothes would be lovely due to the amount of advertising. HOW WRONG WAS I?! I ordered two pairs of jeans in size 8 (I’m an 8-10) and they swamped me! Ordered a size 10 T-shirt and I literally looked like a TEA BAG! I actually placed another order for different sizes to see if I was going mad! Other bits of clothes not even worth mentioning. Hideous. Cheap. Will be returning everything from both orders

Had nothing but issues ordered for the 1st time paid £5 for next day to receive both items faulty. I've been emailing since but only get ignored by what I'm saying. How can you expect 14 working day from receiving the item back to be good enough for an exchange? I go on holiday in a few days so replacement is no longer required. All I get is you should have emailed images over how the hell did I know to do this until I'd returned then sent an email complaint. Please tell me why you send out faulty items and I have to wait for anyone to actually take on board this is your issue not mine!! I've also asked for the managing directors details but was advised I cant have it. Why? Dont not order from this company...
