“If I could rate Nested Naturals zero stars, I would. I placed an order for four bags of various greens and two bottles of Luna on June 27. On July 5, I received my order and three bags of the greens were three months from expiration, and both bottles of Luna had already expired in April 2024. I reached out immediately to inquire how Nested Naturals could ship products that expire in less than three months or were already expired. This was the response: "Please rest assured that sealed supplements, even with 2-3 months remaining before their expiry date, are safe to consume and retain their potency and efficiency up until the listed expiry date. The quality and efficacy of the products remain intact, ensuring they provide the intended benefits." I emailed back and forth with Customer Service multiple times, was given the runaround and told that I could pay to ship the products back after they expire, while the fully expired products were not addressed at all. Words cannot express how despicable it is for a company to take advantage of customers by selling them expired product or soon-to-be-expired product. The sad thing is, the products themselves seem good, but this is a company that takes advantage of customers and simply can't be trusted. Going forward, I would be hesitant to order anything from them since it's likely their products aren't fresh. Luckily, there are a lot of quality companies that sell greens and don't take advantage of their customers by passing off old inventory during a sale. I ran a large retail business for years and my response would have been, "We are sorry. Let us replace your purchase with new product." But not Nested Naturals, where repeat customers don't seem to be important, but unloading old product is.”

“I purchased from Amazon and on day four feeling nauseous. I’m disappointed to see some reviews here stating the issues with heavy metals. You never responded to these reviews. But you do respond to only the positive reviews. What’s up with that? So question is what is the information on heavy metals in your super geeens? I think that is important information that should be addressed here. Otherwise it’s seems you may be hiding something. Thank you.”

“I stumbled across a court document/citation against your company because LEAD was found in your Super Greens Powder and a few of your other products were cited for HEAVY METALS!! Has your company address these citations? Are your products now HEAVY METAL FREE??? I recently purchased the Super Greens Powder that I put in my post workout protein shake and I find it pertinent that I know that I am not being poisoned by a product for my health! A body cannot rid itself of HEAVY METALS, a person has to be Chelated and that can be not so nice! I see you advertise the Super Greens Powder as being checked for HEAVY METALS, is that so??!!”

“Ok...I'll try reviewing here because my review for some reason, isn't showing! While trying to obtain "want to get your next bottle free" I came across a court document that your company was cited for LEAD being in the Super Greens Powder and a few of your other products were also cited for heavy metals!! I have use this product several times in my post workouts protein shake and I am wondering if your company has dealt with the citations??!! A person uses supplements for health, not to be poisoned by HEAVY METALS!! A body is not able to rid it self of HEAVY METALS, a person has to be Chelated and that can not so nice! So, again, has your company addressed this horrid issue?!!!”

In that document your company was cited for LEAD being in the Super Green Powder and LEAD/MERCURY in a few of your other products. Has this citation been addressed?? I have used your Super Greens powder several times in my post workout protein shake!! A person uses supplements for health, not to be poisoned by HEAVY METALS and the human body cannot rid itself of heavy metals! It takes Chelation and that can be not so nice!!”
