The service was very fast and the pillow has worked very well in help preventing the movement of the mask. It's firmer than the pillow I previously used but I got used to it quite quickly

I went to UK and I will drive around Scotland, so my quality of sleep is very important for my family safety. I forgot to bring my equipment, so I bought online at Intus Healthcare to send to my hotel for emergency. Intus Healthcare take care very seriously and immediatly contacted to me and make sure everything clear. Next day, at 0900 in the morning, my equipment arrive at my hotel, early then my expectation. I am very satisfy and appreciate to their CARE by heart and profesional services

I found that the member of staff who dealt with my order was very helpful as I had a lot of questions I needed answering. The delivery service was very good and prompt with them delivering well inside of my hour delivery slot.

Ordered on Wed 2 July and e-mailed the same day to be told that my order was expected to arrive on Mon 7 July. Fine. Mon 7 July came, my card was charged that day but nothing received and nothing heard by Wed 9 Jul evening. The order still showed "pending" on the website. I had to e-mail them to get an update - told of an unexpected delay until Mon 14 July, "the money for this order had been captured to speed up process before we were informed that we wouldn't then get the product from our supplier" and that they will upgrade the order to special delivery at no extra charge. Monday 14 July came (a week after my card was charged), I received a dispatch notification and the order was received the following day. The order was sent recorded delivery (not special as they had said) - I don't care about recorded vs special (the delivery time is the same) but if Intus promise to do something (special delivery - not something I had asked for), then they should do it rather than give the impression of saying something and then not following up. Obviously lack of keeping me informed (I had to e-mail to ask) and taking money a week before order is dispatched were issues.

Hi John, thank you for your review. We do sincerely apologise for the issues you experienced with this order, we did fall short on this occasion. Next time you need any CPAP supplies, give us a call or email before ordering and we'll see what we can do to make up for the poor service you received this time. Again, our apologies. excellent service . I needed my mask next day to go on holiday abroad and it arrived in the morning post 20 mins before setting off . will kill the dog for stealing my nose cushion and hiding it in wifes shoe we found it on return!!

Service is fast and customer service is great. I have placed two orders in succession and although a product is waiting upon stock I have been kept well informed and even given a complementary pack to see me through until main order is delivered - that's customer service. The other good point of this company is they are based in UK and deal in sterling unlike the rest on the net, and, they supply genuine parts and not cheaper inferior parts but at a very reasonable price. FORGET THE OTHER COMPANIES ON THE NET THIS COMPANY GOES THE EXTRA MILE ON CUSTOMER SEVICE AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE SECOND TO NONE AT A PRICE THAT IS REASONABLE.
