The SoClean 2 machine is amazing. Extremely easy to assemble and program. You simply just put the whole mask into the SoClean machine and shut the lid. You even have the option to press the manual button straight away. I pop my mouth guard into it too. The service is also amazing. I even got a follow up call, which was really nice. No hesitation what so ever in recommending the company and product.

Thank you Intus for sending me a reminder that my SoClean machine would soon be ready for a new filter. I order my replacement filter it arrived very quickly. Next day the SoClean Machine was telling me to change the filters. Thank you for your reminder and the fast and efficient service you provided

This is the 1st time I used this site. I'm extremely impressed. Speedy delivery, good communication, item is as stated. And VAT relief available. Win, win! I didn't need to contact customer service so can not comment on that but emails on order update where fantastic!

From my first phone call to taking delivery of my equipment Intus Healthcare are quite literally the best source and resource for equipment, advice and information online, they stock quality equipment at reasonable prices, the staff are friendly, knowlegeable and professional, my item was dispatched and delivered promptly, securely and safely, I wouldn't go anywhere else as a matter of fact they sent such a wealth of information and advice in the delivery that I learnt more about my condition and how to deal with it than I learned from the NHS sleep clinic, I will be using them for spares or additional/extra equipment and sundries - best on the internet in my opinion.

After my Mother was diagnosed with severe sleep aponea,.. I did my research and we purchased the Transcend 365 Auto Pap machine. The service & quality are superb. Fast efficient order & delivery. I helped her get set up which was extremely easy. She has now been using this device for two+ weeks, and is finding it very easy to use & comfortable. She has a nose & mouth mask also very comfortable. Thank you all so very much for everything, could not recommend you highly enough.

I recived my product three days early it was so easy to setup the tube and the payment and ordering was so easy to do even somone that has no knowledge of paying online could do it.thanks again guys keep up the good work.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. I have received excellent customer service throughout. I was only recently diagnosed with Sleep apnea and because of the lockdown couldn’t go to my hospital appointment to be fitted with a mask and machine. Having been unwell for years with crippling fatigue I so wanted to get on the ‘journey’ to better health and being able to try different masks using the mask insurance option was such a help. I never once felt pressurised into keeping a mask if it didn’t feel like the right one for me , even after trying it for a few weeks. Getting me the right equipment that worked best for me was their number one priority throughout and refunds for any returned items were always done in a timely manor. You really can ‘try and buy’ with confidence. They are 100% reliable, quick to respond to any queries and completely customer focused which is a rare find in this day and age. Thank you so much !

Hello Stephen. Over the last few weeks you have inundated our team with dozens of questions, and abused them. We are trying our best to help the NHS and concerned customers during a very difficult time. You have chosen this period to repeatedly waste our time and offend members of our helpful, caring and polite team at a time when they are under enormous pressure. You have now moved on to trying to publicly damage our reputation. The hundreds of other reviews we have received demonstrate we are not the company you are falsely making us out to be. We politely request that you end your campaign against us, and allow us to continue our efforts to provide respiratory equipment to those with genuine need at a time when it is more important than ever.

Ordered item with 5 day delivery. Not delivered so emailed to enquire. No reply. Phoned and was told item out of stock and would be another 2 weeks. We desperately needed this medical item so used a uk company for speed of delivery. If you are selling medical equipment you should inform your customers if you cant deliver. Refunded quickly after 9 days but now using a courier at great expence and inconvinience for a £10 item as urgent now. Usless

Hi. Normally we have stock of the Oxygen Enrichment Port Adapter, and if not, we can order it in easily from our supplier within a couple of days. However with the Coronovirus situation the availability of this item from our supplier has changed. Therefore we are not able to deliver this item within the normal time frame. I can see from our inbox that you emailed us on the Saturday 14/03 (which we were closed for the weekend). However we did reply on Sunday 15/03 at 08.50am. I apologise that you were not informed of the delay at the time of your order, or via our customer service team. However this is exceptional circumstances, and not how we like to work. Good website & response to placing orders and making queries, but items can be out of stock without prior warning. I am currently having to wait several weeks for ordered items to be dispatched. Make sure they have your items in stock before placing order.

Hi James, I can see that you placed your order with us on the 07/11/19, which was last Thursday. You then supplied your CPAP documentations over the weekend, which we processed today and then advised your that we are waiting in a delivery of stock of the CPAP machine that you have ordered. We normally have stock of this machine, and if not, we can get a delivery in 1-2 days from the supplier. However in this instance there is a delay from the supplier with them being unable to provide stock. So this is a rare occurrence for us, and one that is our of our control. We do endeavor to keep our customer informed of any delays We have been advised that that stock should be due next week. However we have emailed you today to ask if you would like to change the CPAP machine to another one that is in stock, and we can dispatch your order today. Please reply to the email the customer service team have sent and we can action accordingly. Intus Healthcare
