“Intus was excellent in that you corrected the loss of order ect when I telephoned.cost was outrageous it at the SATA day, however I am still very offended by the young salesman on your stall, who, when I complained the cost was outragious, said ' well if you are used to getting everything free from the NHS you would think that.' What an insulting comment to make! Perhaps you should give your salesman some training”

“Delivery was fast and product was as described, However you have a no returns policy. I was aware of this as set out on your website for H&H reasons , however I think this a get out on your part. Many American companies selling this and similar masks offer up to a 30 day money back guarantee. If you could come somewhere in line with this it would make for a more reassured purchase for sleep apnea sufferers in the future. I am Currently unable to work so a £109 purchase for me was a big gamble, unfortunately within 5 minutes I realised the mask wasn't suitable for me, I realise this is an product issue but a non returns policy on you side is very disappointing. Hello Terry, thank you for your feedback. We are looking into the returns situation to find a solution as we know it is not ideal, but once a mask is opened it cannot then be reused. As it is though, the SleepWeaver masks can be returned as they have a Mask Fit Guarantee. Although the returns period has now elapsed we'll be happy to make an exception and facilitate the return for you anyway. “The product itself is excellent with a much better design over the previous model which this replaces. Alas delivery was slower than I would have wished but I was kept informed of the fact that there were to be delays so there is no real complaint against this company”

“My only complaint would be the cost. Why can I not have a reduction for buying two (in Small) when the reduction is available for Medium and Large sizes? The service is excellent - next day delivery.”

“Good competent service by the staff at your call centre HOWEVER, I like possibly I like many others thought I was calling the Resmed number and was surprised when I we got through to something/somebody called Intus. Perhaps it should be made clearer on the website. Yours sincerely John Jilla”

“This is my first dealing with this company. The website was very easy to use and the fact you can by Paypal made the whole transaction a very secure one. My only niggle is the price of products. £129, I thought was a lot of money for the item bought ( fx face mask ). However, it has been pointed out to me, what price your health. Needless to say, the things in life we need are always on the expensive side. I am just glad I will not need to buy this frequently. All in all, no grumbles with the site and delivery was very quick.”

“Whilst I can understand your no returns policy on masks if the bag is opened, it would be a help if you did not put the mask in another non see through bag inside the plastic bag. With this detail, there is no way of estabishing that the package contains the item you require without opening the plastic bag.”
