Web site difficult to use. Prefer going back to print edition. Disappointed.

after you switched the format from daily publications everything went wrong. first you can never call and get thru. at least for me I never had enough time to wait. i have been a user subscriber thru work ( a.g. edwards, wachovia, wells fargo and Merrill) and personally for at least 20 years. I have subscribed to home delivery work delivery and electronic delivery. i feel cheated as I was subscribing to the graph service and it disappeared i got no refund and was never able to speak to anyone. please email me thank you

Been subscriber 15 years. There are too many advertisements on web site. I liked the paper much more. I am in Florida 8 months and I my paper is mailed to me. I receive it often Monday or Tuesday. My Wall Street journal is delivered by carrier daily. Why no delivery to my home. Love the content I wish there were an arrow to indicate if the accumulation distribution indicated is riseing or falling.

Articles are unique and offer a great perspective. Sadly, the iPad app is lagging and often the screen/articles change quickly since the app is rarely updated. Also, often the iPad app 'forgets' me and I constantly have to renter my login info. I'm still waiting for an iPhone app for the paper.

I am only happy with the content offered by IBD, particular your MarketSmith product. I am VERY UNHAPPY with the delivery of your product offering -- you undoubtedly have the WORST software programmers of any financial product I have ever dealt with. Specifically, locking up my browser(s), "investors.com not responding" errors all the time, disconnects because I have logged on with another computer (NEVER IN MY LIFE), just to name the most irritating problems. Also, not a software problem, but, as a 15-year paying subscriber, I also object to suffering through your advertisements (that I can't skip or delete) when accessing the premium content I have subscribed to. It is only because of your overall content (which is VERY GOOD) which cancels the complaints above that I am able to rate you as GOOD -- otherwise, you would be at the bottom of the list (if I were rating you on the operation of you web site). Why does this survey appear to come from the UK? ron in round rock

I like the Stock Market Today and Big Picture columns; I use these daily. My next most used feature is the IBD 50. I've had some excellent returns from stocks mentioned in the '50 list. The web site works great, but the pop-ups are really, truly, annoying and my pop up blocker does not seem to inhibit them in any way.

I would like to access the trade groups easier. It takes too much time compared to the old system . Also it would be great for more option info like most active.

I've lost my trust completely in IBD: 1. I won't be renewing my subscription. 2. The data is not in real time & is far behind in information: news, quotes. 3. I subscribe to WSJ & use this online accurate data as well as the paper. 4. My online trading @ Charles Schwab on their live Street Smart Edge platform provides me with accurate time data. 5. Your customer service has become unresponsive and poor. I requested many times to get free weekend papers and also wrote requesting information on the online data update frequency. I never received any answers. I don't like IBD anymore and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

IBD reduces the amount of time and effort I need to put into following the market and individual companies in order to effectively invest. I could never had achieved the same results on my own. The IBD process is built into my daily routine so it is second nature. Awesome service!

The content of IBD is unmatched by any other service. Although, it's been very challenging adjusting to only receiving ONE paper per week instead of SIX FOR THE SAME PRICE. I believe in having a robust online offering in SUPPORT of your publication, NOT INSTEAD OF.

Hello Long time subscriber to paper, marketsmith and many workshops. I think you have a done great job on transitioning paper to digital but have two comments/suggestions: In the header for Stock Market Today video (Alissa and Ken) PLEASE include a date somewhere......its very difficult to sort thru and find the most current one. Site is incredibly slow loading all the Ads and Scripts for your material/related third party content. Not sure you can improve this but it would make a huge difference to my impression of your site. (it prevent you from getting the highest rating) John
