“The only problem i have is when I mark an invoice as paid there is an option to leave a note, which I decided to do, however I have no idea where you access the note in the future, once you set the payment as paid ?????”

“I use invoice2go because I'm always on the go and I can give people an estimate there and then in a couple of minutes and invoices with the touch of a button it's made my work a lot easier very useful for contractors Who are always on the go”

“Freezes and times out sometimes but overall good. Handy on a site to invoice a customer and email before you leave the job. Back ups can be a little tricky to but ok for self employed like myself”

“I really like that this website has an accompanying app as that really helps me to keep track of my sales on-the-go. However, the company have advised me since purchase that I will only be able to get an accurate sales report if I download a new browser and use it with certain settings. This seems a little ridiculous to me and certainly makes the whole system inconvenient. as I haven't got round to doing that, I don't have an accurate sales and cost figure currently although I'm 6 months in (I do have a rough figure, but still). I'm also not keen on the fact that my sales figures can't be downloaded using in CSV format meaning I can upload them to Excel. I would like to do some more in-depth sales analysis but it's just too time-consuming when all details of my individual sales are in PDF format. My other last niggle is that it's not easy to input recurring costs meaning each one has to be entered from scratch. I can cope with this but the previous two points mean that I'm not sure I want to. While the app is great for convenience and easy to use, I'll probably be switching to a new provider once my subscription ends.”

“Very useful, but not great on PC, constant crashes, or issues regarding updating, can't confirm if issues with sent invoice, can't create bad debt folder. Part payments show original value in lists. However still useful ?!?”

“Generally good but a few annoying features such as not being able to paste into items section - it just regularly disappears. Also, when looking at invoices due for payment etc - you can't go back and look into other sections such as paid invoices as it is covered by the more apps red bubble. Occasionally it doesn't sync between devices so invoice numbers can duplicate if you don't look carefully. Nevertheless, it is the best app for invoicing I have used! It's the only one I have found simple and effective and informative!”

“Have got to the end of my 1st year but cannot renew as it does not allow me on your software to do so it doesn't work would be great if you could sort this as have used invoice to go for five years or change original email log in as no longer exists contact me brianbarfoot@me.com . “Brilliant app, easy to modify etc. I had a little trouble setting up BACS info on invoices but the person I spoke to at invoice2go replied very quickly and helped me set it up easily and quickly. Works faultlessly on my phone and PC Great app, great company to deal with. Not cheap but definitely worth it. Thanks”
