The new update rolled out is SHOCKING! Having spoken to them, they are fully aware that the new version has a lot of issues (especially with freezing and the inablility to locate, manage and input expenses). At no time have they bothered to write to customers acknowledging their on-going issues. I rely fully on this system to manage my business accounts - they have taken my new subscription money and then subsequently replaced what was a very good app with a piece of total rubbish that is not fit for purpose. Shocking service and shocking action from what was an impressive, easy to use bit of kit.

They ruined what was already great . Absolute train wreck now . What a shame . I'm going elsewhere now . Was so happy with it prior to the upgrade . Now it's total crap

The old app was terrific! So easy to use then they decided to "upgrade" the app and totally messed the whole thing up! I am now searching for an app to replace it! Invoice to go is terrible now! Look elsewhere

Everytime I edit an invoice, I have to go back in and edit it again, it doesn't save the edit the first time only the second, this is frustrating and time consuming. The app is so different to what is was before and have praised this app so much in the past. it is now embarrassing, I am having calls from upset customers has there invoices are incorrect. Having set up another company recently and aiming to use this app to raise invoices for that company am now looking elsewhere. You have made this app too complicated

I've heard a lot of invoices to go clients That would just like to scream come out with bad language and actually point the finger at some clone at invoices 2 go why did they mess around with something that just worked so Good Yes customer services so bad got sick and tired of sending emails to them with the problems with the new upgrade with no success but looking at these reviews it is quite obvious millions of emails One simple message to invoices to go, all you have done a lot of damage to small businesses not just in England all over the world go back to the original app that one worked I could go on all day with the issues that this New app as what I have emailed invoices to go to trying to help myself but also help invoices to go to get things right very simple issues that just diabolical A simple thing like cannot go into your phone contacts to pick up a clients details that you was able to do last time the list just goes on previewing your estimate or invoice cannot do this in front of customer has no too much information around that is not the business of Your client I can just go on and on the last one make up a invoice is dated from the day that you made the invoice and then it's classed as a late payment it's not been emailed or printed it should only be dated from the day it was emailed or was printed i.e. if you make this invoice up two weeks before then send it it will be classed as two weeks late for payment small businesses are making up invoices days before the contract completed let's just go back to the old app it what are used to say very clear invoice unsent /invoice printed /invoice emailed and that was the date it was sent it's not rocket science dated from the day it was emailed and dated from the day it's printed the list just goes on and on And I as a small business was only using the app at a very limited some people are using this app very in-depth I can understand the issues they are having One last thing we are all using invoices to call possibly off iPads when you're looking at a screen you want to be looking at the screen and concentrating on information that you're doing not information that is relevant screens just too busy invoices to go please listen and go back to the old up nothing else to discuss

Buyer be warned! Plenty of Australians are seeking help from the fair trading commission with regards to the new upgrade of this app which has affected millions of people world wide. Lost history in all parts of the app, duplication of invoices, reports not balancing, statements not balancing. They rolled the upgrade out 1 week before tax time and now we are all having to go through bank statements to reconcile our books for 2017!! THIS APP IS NOT FIT FOR ITS PURPOSE! Also please note, with every upgrade they seem to delete everyone's negative comments! I wonder why? They went from 5 stars to 1 star over night! Anyone wanting to check this app out go to Invoices2go on Facebook and just scroll through comments of how people are battling.... they can't delete those

Uograde destroyed a good app, we can't email out of the app anymore, Zero communication with 3yr customer. I have been waiting for 6 days no for a call back for help, it's a mobile app that I can't even send and invoice to my customer.... They just get a blank email.... Yet they are fixing the layout.... And the unpaid button...... WHY WOULDN'T TO FIX THE USABILITY FIRST.... HORRIBLE!!!

The upgrade has completely killed the Invoice2go app for myself and many other customers. It is no longer worthy of a high rating and their customer support stinks. I recently switched to a great invoicing app called Albert - Invoice2go can learn from these guys because the app is so easy to use and their customer support is phenomenal. Unfortunately the new updated version is a royal pain in the ..... Please revert to old version before you loose all your clients. You tried to fix something that wasn't broke now you screwed it up!!!!!!!! Not Happy!!!!!!

IDIOTS. The upgrade lost, products, cant see part payments. Hours on the help chat and all you get is they will TRY an sort it out. Payments journal states I received no payments in March but Client payments show I did. Just loosing the will to live. Perhaps if every user gets together we could sue for loss of revenue. Cannot complete any accounts. Do you think the VAT man will understand??? because I dont. Also I have never heard of a software company that did not back up all data before an update. Do the decent thing and let us all revert to the old version until you sort this heap of rubbis out

CEOs and developers are a bunch of fucking monkeys, these dickheads think that launching new software then doing updates to be the same standard as old version is "good" enough, They fucking lie to the users by telling us they can't roll back to v9 .. Yet anyone with a v9 version can make a new account and send invoices. I have lost thousands of dollars cause of these cunts, DONT DOWNLOAD OR EVEN BOTHER WITH THSE PIECE OF SHIT. LIEING MOTHER FUCKERS HOPE YOU ALL BURN IN HELL

It's really bad. It keeps randomly renumbering quotes and invoices. It's really slow and rubbish. I've emailed them twice about this with NO REPLY.

The update is rubbish. What on earth were you thinking Invoice2Go? It has deleted my templates, so I will now have to enter the whole bloody lot of them in again! Seriously folks rollback to the previous version or like everyone else who has pointed recently we will have to look to going elsewhere!
