“The app is excellent! The only thing I would add is a receipt that includes the details of the payment.”

“Would give 5 stars if they figured out a better way to save clients. Right now you can save a client and make it easier to click however when you create a new invoice it always asks you to save or cancel and by saving it automatically puts every customer into clients folder with multiple duplicates rendering it unusable or pointless”

“For me to get five stars need one more think. Like we copy estimate and sand to invoice I'm think needed job schedule. So when the costumer acept the estimate I can make my job schedule. Thank you”

“Very easy and pleasant to use , fast and convenient. However , there is still a lot of bugs and problems , like invoices that disappear. I'm missing 13 invoices that i never could recover. Even though I contacted the hot line to try to solve this issue, nobody was able to help me , which is totally unacceptable. By the way , i'm glad that , FINALLY ! , a technical support phone line was created , after so many years waiting...”

“Generally I like this app. Does what it says I use it for all my invoicing. One this it misses out on tho is a way to add interest to an old invoice when sending out a statement this would be a great thing as I have customers that take a few months to pay or even if you could add a bit on in the initial invoice. But on the whole I'm very happy with a great invoicing app”

“Hi invoice2 go is great for the tradie has a few problems sometimes it freezes but the main problem is it doesn't have payroll, it is a requirement to have payroll which is why I had to opt out to zero invoicing, I have been asking for months about payroll with out any response, only red once was we will look into it. I no longer use invoice2go purely for that reason, didn't understand why you couldn't add this as I'm sure you will lose plenty of clients”

“Invoicing is easy, entering expenses though is a little time consuming but still ok. It wold be good if the system worked out the gst component on expenses like fuel etc”

“Totally inadequate and software is full of glitches that makes it impossible to use. I reported a significant reporting problem on the 20 June 2016 and over one month later, the problem remains with absolutely zero sign of being fixed. On top pf that, customer service throughout was dismal. So bad is my experience of Invoice2Go that I would actively go out of my way to save others from experiencing the same. An absolute, categorical FAIL - 0/10.”

“Please fix the PDF file naming issue, you have known about it for over a year and sill not fixed it. transferring the invoice name is to the PDF file is a necessary for al clients. Calling them "invoice 1" is usless”

“Excellent App, really glad I found it. I have two companies set up on it and it is so easy to flip from one to another. It great to be able to invoice anywhere I go on my mobile. So easy to use ,great customer payment methods, highly recommended.”

“invoice2go has been a very helpful tool to me and my businesses. I use the ap mostly for invoicing and estimates. It has many features that i have not fully used yet, but I plan to in the future. I appreciate the work and continued work you put in to make it the best ap out there for small businesses like mine. Great job!”
