I've experienced the same problem. Their payment system unknowingly to me was tagged on an invoice sent to a customer of mine. I didn't sign to take card payments yet Stripe prcocessed the card payment. I am still 12 days later trying to get MY money back to my customer. They say I can have MY money back if I sign up to Stripe and the also have the audacity to take a charge for handling. I'm totally disgusted with both Stripe and Invoices2go.

I too have fallen foul of the card payment system, which I did not set up on my invoices2go account or want to offer my customers. Unknowing to me Stripe attached the payment system to my last invoice to a customer. Sadly my customer paid on a card and not by bank transfer as I had requested. Don't ask me how as the account wasn't set up to take card payments Stripe took the payment and now demanding that I complete a form of personal details before they will release my money minus a commission for handling it. Even though 10 days ago Invoices2go instructed me how to send the payment back to my customers card, It now seems I still have to sign up with Stripe before I can get my money. I am one very uphappy, frustrated and angry customer who will not be using Invoices2go ever again.

Very very bad.They started diverting customer payments to their own payment structure and tried to get me to sign up to their payment system to recieve MY money.They claim I changed settings to allow them to do this which is absolute BS. Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy.

Old version was by far easier to use ..... it worked ... there was really no need to change ..... far too many bugs !!! Invoice 2go was a very simple invoicing package to use for all Maybe its time for Invoice to GO ..

The old one was so easy to use, because old one can edit Invoice design. The new vision so confusing and very difficult to use. Please kindly solve this problem, or else we wont renew it anymore.

I was a subscriber since 2010. The app was excellent. Since the upgrade, it is unusable. In process of getting refund. Switched to Xero. Do not buy this app. Even if they get it back up to speed, I wouldn't trust them. They used their clients as beta testers and jeopardized their livelihoods. Unethical.

Customer service is appalling. Update lost all my invoices and i still haven't heard back from customer support a month later. App has lost invoices that I am awaiting payment on (Kind of a big deal!) and assistance from the help desk has no answers. If you are an invoicing application that cant be trusted to store your invoices, its pretty much useless. Do not use this software for your business.

really loved previous version with exception it would not sync across devices. new version syncs but everything else is about 10 steps back. Really bad update. Pls fix

Unable to email invoices Latest update is a disaster Duplicates invoices Makes edits without you knowing. Customer service poor

WARNING Do not buy invoice2go. It is a nightmare. Does not synch. Does not have any of the functionality you would expect. Loads of features not working. Not in Safari, Chrome or anything else. Today I tried to delete a payment, even the smallest things are impossible. Only leaving this review to warn others, stay away!

They DO NOT listen or look after their customers. App used to be brilliant. They updated June 2017 just beforw eofy. Screwed everyone around couldn't access info at the most crucial and stressful time of the year. Invoice2go's response was copy and pasted asnwers about how good the new app was. Not addressing issues or helping stuck customers. I'm now fighting with them over a refund for the remainder of the subscription. They app may have since improved again. But after the way they treated their customers with this, no way I'd trust them again.

What went wrong? Everything. As others have said, the update has rendered the app unusable. I've switched to an Aussie app called Rounded Accounting and it's more than a decent replacement. Amazing local customer service and you can set yourself up within minutes... Oh and the app WORKS. Thumbs up for them!

They have turned a good app into a disaster Can't start an inv' when you have no phone reception It doubles up orders and inv' App' shuts down when you are about to enter the last thing Entries don't show up straight away You used to be able to see what you were doing. Text is larger and you can't see as much. Inv' just disappear and if you don't remember them there gone! There are so many other issues which I'd summarise by just saying it's crazy hard to use what were you thinking, did they trial it and if they did who with? but to do a cataclysmic downgrade at the end of the financial year beggars belief. App wasn't perfect before but I learnt how to work around the minor problems, and I'd recommend it to every tradie I met, but now it's crazy hard to use, and forget intuitive. I used to like it as it was a bit like filling in a page in an Inv' book and you could see where you had to go next, now it's a jumbled up mess.

I've used it for two years.....since update I can't get into past invoices, now a couple days ago it stopped letting me create new invoices.....they created a mess!!!!
