The delivery itself was fine but we live in the country in a rural area. To get to our house you have to come through a gate and down a track. We have signs on both sides of our gate asking to please shut the gate. After the delivery the driver left the gate open (despite the signs) and we ended up with stock on the road. We may try to claim for subsequent damage caused by leaving the gate open. Please explain to your drivers to leave gates as you find them, CLOSED. This is not the first time it has happened with your drivers.

Anyone know how I can get my money back? (emails go ignored). My parcel was never collected, no communication received, had to use another, more reliable courier. Only wished I had read the reviews first, I suppose, because they have no phone number, that alone speaks volumes, I would not recommend this service to anyone!!

Was not home when delivery was attempted..item claimed to be in my porch, a porch which i do not have! Item however was safely left with a neighbour

Paid for a parcel to be collected and then delivered next day service. Parcel wasn't collected on the agreed date so wasn't delivered on the agreed date either. Sent an email asking for an explanation with no response. I've paid for a next day service but not received it with no apology or partial refund/discount to 2/3 day service.

The package had obviously been damaged during transit the box was damaged and had a hole in it. When I opened the box the coffee maker inside was damaged. Contacted the supplier who is sending another.

I found my parcel in the garden when I put the rubbish out, it had been thrown over the fence because nobody was home that day, dinting my package, fortunatly the item isnt of value and still works no problem, but besides the point absoulote joke, very poor!

No end of bother with these folks. They are the only courier who seem repeatedly unable to find our house. They say they will pick up or deliver on set days and then don't. They keep us waiting in all day and then don't deliver or bother to tell us. They even claimed to post a card through our door once when they didn't. Hmmmm. Is it just us?

Hello everyone, i use the service to send a parcel back to a seller in China and seller never turn up and i was told that my order has been placed under abandonement and will be destroy after 60 days and i was trying to reach ipostparcel to return my order back in the uk even paying for extra charges but all to avail. not a good company with customer services. no one to contact on the day of trouble BEWARE!!!

it would have been nice to get a note to say its been delivered to neighbor i cannot always get to a computer in my job but thanks for the 2 plus weeks it took to come considering it was next day delivery have a good new year miss janice humphreys

Never arrived to collect parcel. Never responded to mail. Kept saying that case was closed, however never collected parcel that had been paid for! Total mess! They have taken my money and not bothered to collect my parcel or reply to my query!

I sent a parcel to Spain at their depot on 18-12. Today 29-12. Tracked online and still in Birmingham. Contacted customer service via email no any reply. NEVER USE AGAIN!!

i have a porch thats left open as its you cant see the front door from the road, the parcel was left outside the porch even tho it was open, and i live on an estate, people would of stolen it because the courier didnt put it just inside....it was screaming out steal me!!! very poor im afraid a bit of common sense would say to put it inside the open door rather than leave it where it could of been blown away as light package and very windy, and my porch door was OPEN!!!!

DO NOT SEND ANYTHING WITH THEM EVEN IF THEY OFFER YOU FREE DELIVERY.I HAD THE WORST SERVICE EVER .NO CONTACT NUMBER,NO ANSWERING THE MESSAGES.THEY HAVENT SEND THE PARCEL and I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED TO IT!!!!!

Tried to book a parcel send throu the website, although PayPal accepted the charge and charged me the website reported an error and to get in touch. Tried that and waited about 6 hours (3 past their average time). Phoned the local depot, nothing, emailed the address on the PayPal receipt got an automated response, phoned the number on the receipt and was basically told to get lost on the phone after being hung up on twice and supposedly put through to someone to then be told that you can't talk to anyone from this company. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

A parcel went missing on the 19th December even though their system marked it as delivered. Even though I clearly mark not to leave on the customer's doorstep or in a bin (!!), their courier decided it was safe to not only leave in a wheelie bin, but then failed to tell my customer via a card, this was where it was (they claim they did but my customer has no reason to lie). I am furious and will no longer be using this disgrace of a company.

Disgusted.....paid for next day delivery, parcel has taken a week to be delivered. To make matters worse when I booked for collection from 8:00 till 18:00 on the day I get a text saying collection between 19:10 till 20:10, no good when you've booked the collection from your work and finish an 18:00. So I had to drive 25 minutes to the depot and then it takes a week for delivery...

Booked a collection online from an eBay seller to be delivered to me. Followed the tracking and it said it had been collected on the selected date. Next day, waited in all day for delivery, which never arrived. Contact the company and they say the parcel was never collected. So not only are they inept, their tracking system also lies to you. So now my parcel is at the other end of the country until after Xmas, great job guys.

Like I said, this shambles, of a so called, courier company, needs reporting. Lots of innocent peoples money taken, parcels not picked up, parcels not delivered. Why oh why is it being allowed to continue?? Anyone any idea who we can report them to? (Detest even giving them 1 star!)

Chose this company as I could take my parcel to the deport rather than them collecting. I THOUGHT it would expedite the process, having seen it would take 4 - 5 days to reach Australia - silly me!. Having left it with them in 18th, the parcel apparently didn't move anywhere until 22nd, according to parcel tracking, and then only reached Birmingham. It is currently still in the UK delayed. What a shambles - and no compensation. Strangely enough, the reviews on their website are heavily doctored with none of the poor reviews in evidence Shame on you UK Mail - yet another very dissatisfied customer who will not be returning to you......
