The parcel showed as having a delivery slot on Monday morning. It was showing as delayed all day & then wasn't delivered until the Tuesday. An explanation or up to date tracking would have been an improvement. Generally a good service though.

Left at the wrong address when I had arranged for it to be left for me in a convenient place. Only found out when the person who signed for it called me to tell me and then a later message from ipost.

Really bad service stayed in all day from work expected delivery between 3.45 and 4.45. Ended up being 7pm and they still tried to deliver next door.

The parcel should have been delivered on 23rd June when we queried this on 24th June we were sent a Manage My Delivery email stating that it had been delivered on 23rd June at 14.10 and signed for by Tully, we questioned Mr Tully where the parcel was and he stated he had not signed for any packages on 23rd June, we showed him the email and he was adamant he had not signed for the package. Twenty minutes later at 13.45 on 24th June we received another delivery of packages by UKMail which nobody signed for because everyone was on their lunch break, when we checked the packages we came across the package that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday on 23rd June and signed for by Mr Tully. This issue has made us extremely angry because the delivery driver is obviously falsifying his documentation.

The parcel which was portale Dental unit came broken ,Fortunately still working because i needed IT immidately ,but plastic coverage is broken into pieces .When I got it box looked all crumpled and when I opened it unit was broken inside.

The final collectin and delivery were first class and went extremely well. However, the pick up was 3 days late and as a result meant the weekend was included and the next day delivery became a 5 day delivery service. Driver 1 couldn't find the address - didn't bother to ask anyone or telephone , and just returned to the depot. One day lost. Driver 2 said there was no access and that it was locked. There are 2 entrances. The gate was unlocked to one. The other entrance is a vehicular lane. Again obviously the driver didn' t try to ask any neighbour or telephone. Again he returned empty handed to the depot. 3 more days lost. When requesting the online order, there is in fact nowhere to write direction details on how to get to the collection or delivery sites.

Paid extra to have parcel collected on Wednesday morning there was no show so they waited in all day still no show. I called the help line that evening to be put in a que for 36 minutes being played the most awful nosie and costing me even more money!. When someone did answer they told me someone from the collection centre in that area would give me a call back that evening to let me know why no collection!?, again no call back that evening had to wait till 12 noon the following day to which the reply was we are not sure why this has happened we will send someone round today (Thursday). They finialy collected it and I received an email the following morning telling me the parcel would be delivered that day so I waited in only to find AGAIN a no show. Eventually it got delivered on the Monday afternoon a full 4 days late!?. I'm shocked at how bad the service was from such a big well know company which I thought I could trust! Will definitely NOT recommend or use again, I might as well spent the extra and used the pro couriers UPS and had it delivered on the times I paid for as by the time I'd paid your prices and spent all the time queuing on the phone it's most probably cost me the same.

The item was damaged, the door bell wasn't rung & the packet was left out side my door even though I had asked for it to be left with a neighbour if I was not in. Very poor standard of service.

Never collected on they day the email and text said and because of that the parcel that should of been delivered Friday got delivered Monday even tho I paid for 24hr also they never contacted me when they never collected I had to get in touch with them the least I expected was a call saying sorry or a part refund as I wasn't getting 24hr delivery will never use again

Collection of the parcel was good, but delivery was poor. The parcel should have been delivered Saturday, but was delivered Monday. I received a message telling me the parcel would be delivered between 10am and 11am. I waited in all day for the parcel to arrive, but unknown to me and without a delivery note had been delivered neighbor.

I purchased the item and it was sent using a Saturday delivery (I have proof of this) as the item was for Fathers day and sadly the item was delayed for no apparent reason and then it was shipped on the Monday. I was extremely disappointed not to have my item in time for fathers day even though the sender did everything they possibly could and it was Ipostparcels.com problem. I tried numerous times on Saturday morning to call the branch where the item was said to be but to no avail. I got no answer and I called continuously from around 9am and gave up around 12 midday. No a happy customer at all!

Item was left just inside main communal door. We were away and had to ask a friend to travel to collect it and put it into our flat as we were away. This item could easily have been lost/stolen if we had not taken this action.

Unfortunately a very, very poor service received. The delivery driver arrived at my door and ring the door bell waiting for an estimated 10/15 seconds before signing for the parcel himself in my name. (Fraudulently signing for the parcel as the recipient had to confirm receipt of the parcel in good condition) As no one could come to the door quick enough for him, he walked to the side of the house and decided to throw the parcel over a trailer (Used to secure the footpath down the side of the house) which landed on to the concrete pathway the otherwise of the trailer. The parcel contained a new replacement side window for my car! The explosion from the glass hitting the ground brought my elderly mother running out of the house to see what had happened by which time the driver had returned to his van and after waving at my mother, he made a rapid exit from the property obviously knowing what he had just done! The cleaning up of broken glass has taken a huge amount of time to do and I am still without a replacement window! Why didn't the delivery driver just carefully place the parcel to the side of the property? Why through it over a trailer on to a concrete surface? And just to confirm all of this, I have it all captured and recorded on the security cctv camera! Terrible service!

Paid for next day delivery received it 3 days later. Was a constant delay on my parcel. One being the delivery van had broken down. I'm sure they have more than one van. I understand these things happen but when you pay for next day delivery you expect it to come as you have paid the extra for that service.
