I had paid money for my parcel on last friday for the collection today between 15.15 to 16.15, no one came to collect my parcel yet. Need to be delivered before 11/2/15. No reply for the emails or no phone no to contact

No telephone number for customer service - after 2 web enquiries and 3 tweets they finally got back to me in the afternoon when I was expecting a morning collection ..... Finally I got a very pleasant "thanks we managed to take your money but didn't put your order on the system - so sorry" finished with a smiley face ! Not impressed - this was an urgent AM collection ..... They are cheap but guess that's a lesson learnt - you get what you pay for! Completely useless do not use !!

Terrible! I booked them to pick up a parcel from a disabled friend on a Thursday, and recieved an email thursday morning to say they would be there later in the afternoon but they did not show up. Nothing to say the werent comming. After calling them and being assured they would be there the next day that same thing happened. They eventually collected the parcel on Monday. And it was meant to be next day delivery so should have arrive at the destination 3 days before it was even collected!!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

You failed to collect the parcel 3 days in a row. You haven't answered any of the five messages I've sent you, and we had to resort to dropping the parcel off at your depot in Kent, even though a collection was paid for. The person at the depot didn't have a clue what was going on either. Absolutely dreadful service and I'll never use the company again.

Booked a next day delivery, item eventually arrived after 3 working days, cost me over £13 to send and they offered me £2.66 back as compensation ! What a joke Also, you can't get anyone to provide any useful information on the phone. It may look initially cheap, but a dreaful service, please avoid them.

Was looking for a cheap courier and this one came up cheapest in the search result. I booked a pick up, which was picked up as booked. Since then I've been checking the update on my parcel online and it continued to show "delayed". It's now 7 days since the parcel was picked up. This scandalous. I wish I could get my parcel back. This delivery normally takes 3 days. Very very poor. The price reflects it. Please avoid at all cost.

No note was posted through my door to tell me that my neighbour was left with my package. A big deal in my eyes. Other than that, fast delivery.

The absolute worst customer service I have had the misfortune to experience. Took them a month to deliver on a 'next day service' after a catalogue of errors and time wasting. They make it very difficult to contact them too, unsurprisingly. Avoid like the plague.

Item was left on back step. It clearly stated on the box "signature mandatory". Luckily it didn't rain or snow that afternoon as packaging was not waterproof!!

Your service is very poor... it took 4 months and over 100 emails to get a compensation for a parcel you have lost. There is no telephone number where we could contact you and emails seem not to be replied as they should... overall, very unhappy... only good thing is that you can collect from a safe place and as an option you can bring labels... apart from that you are just an ordinary courier as any other bad one

good points....... we were not in so driver left in a concealed safe spot for us. not so good points ....next day delivery should have been on last saturday, it lay in the depot re reason unknown then delivered on thursday.

20 living plants sent 27th January for Next Day Delivery arrived on 5th February after the sender and I both had to chase the package. The large package had arrived at the local depot on 29 January and had 'been mislaid'. Having raised a Case I received an email giving me the one-hour window for delivery. The parcel was found much later outside my door as the driver had not rung the doorbell. My phone call enquiring the reason for the delay took 30 minutes as I was No 30 in the queue. I was promised a call back before 7.00pm - this did not happen. I was also told to expect a reply to my Case No - this has not happened yet. Disgusted with the abysmal service. How often are smaller parcels mislaid?!

Your driver did not even knock the door to say my parcel was there ,I was in the front room at the time and watched him walk the path and leave on my door step and walk away , he sat in his van for a few minutes then left. On going out to get my parcel I was disappointed to see a large hole in the book good job it was dry and I had seen it arrive others if raining and not noing it was there everything in side would have been wet though and of no use to me , meaning a complaint to the people I ordered from. as a first time costumer not good I wont be useing you.

It took 5 days from requesting the parcel be collected to it actually being picked up. The enquiries line is a very long wait and when you do get through the agent is not interested in your problem/complaint but just tells you what is on the screen. Very dissatisfied this led to me loosing my customer who was waiting for the parts to be delivered.
