“Just left the parcel on the doorstep in full view of anyone using the footpath and playing field!! No attempt to hide in recycling bin or bush, no attempt to deliver to a neighbour (both sides were in!) and no card through the door to say it had been left on doorstep. Luckily the next door neighbour saw the courier "drop and run" and went out to retrieve the parcel....who knows if it would have been there when I got home 7 hours later if they hadn't!!!”

“Driver delivered one signed for item on Wednesday and left it next to my bin without a signature. Delivered this item the one for the review on Thursday another sign for item and threw it over my back fence and the the package it was labeled fragile. The package split and it was raining as well. The goods inside were all ruined and they are sweet cones for my sons birthday. I am now awaiting a replacement hopefully before the party on Sunday, and yes they are going to use Royal Mail this time. I have photo proof of the card left both times that say over fence and next to bin.”

“Our delivery should have been of 2 parcels - on Friday 28 August one parcel was delivered clearly marked '1 of 2' - the delivery driver was adamant that there was only 1 parcel for us. After emailing the sender we were advised that the missing parcel would be delivered on 2 September - nothing arrived and eventually we ascertained via the sender that the driver couldn't find our property - very surprising as we have never had a problem with previous deliveries. Finally, the 'missing' parcel arrived on 3 September later than advised although we did receive an email indicating that delivery would be delayed.”

“The items were just dumped on the doorstep. The doorbell was not even rung although someone was at home. Luckily the items were spotted by somebody working in the garden. Very poor.”

“your driver deliverd my parcel to the wrong flat it was clearly labeled to my address but he left it outside the door of flat 14 your tracking said left in porch but flats dont have a porch on the second floor i did get my parcel only because i saw it dumped at the wrong flat any one could have picked it up .poor driver probley got so many drops did not read label right not a very good service regards g.newman.”

“The item which was deivered quickly was badly damaged on opening , a slow cooker chip out of bowl and dented on program dial and dosent work , have had to claim a refund , regards Rita...”

“The whole service is just a dis-organised joke I was informed by email ON THE TRACKING that the parcel had been delivered. WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP. I WAS SAT IN ALL DAY AS I AM OFF WORK AT THE MOMENT. So i know for sure IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. TO TOP IT ALL I EVEN SENT YOU AN EMAIL LAST NIGHT TELLING YOU THIS - ONLY FOR YOU TO SEND ME THIS STUPID EMAIL ASKING ME TO RATE YOUR SRVICE. well its CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP AND DISORGANISED IF YOU DONT KNOW WHATS HAPPENING ALSO YOUR PRIZE DRAW YOU ARE ENTERING PEOPLE IN ON THE 1st JUNE HAS GONE ANOTHER JOKE OR IS THIS A SCAM”

“I always leave a note where to leave parcels if out. This was followed yesterday. Would be good if a card was left so that I could go and collect from my neighbour to save troubling them further though. Plus delivery was early which wouldn't normally be a problem but would be if you particularly needed to be home to receive.”

“Pretty straight forward service after another courier claimed they didn't service my area. The only gripe is that there was a delay in receiving the item because Saturday delivery has to be selected as a dedicated option, no service on Sundays and the Monday was a bank holiday, maybe make Saturday an inclusive delivery day”

“The delivery man left my parcel on top of the wheely bin in the back garden. It was not requested and i wasnt home for 2 days after it had been 'delivered'. Luckily my parcel was still there. Very irresponsable!”

“The delivery person was very rude . He refused to deliver the parcel in my flat door. He asked me very rudely to come out from building to take your parcel or I am going back. His behaviour was very strange and totally unprofessional . Your firm will have to hire nice people for public dealing. It is my honest opinion . I never seen any delivery person that much rude .”
