I paid extra for 'AM weekday' delivery. Having done this i assumed i would be given notice of when the item was to be delivered. As it turned out the driver called me 5 minutes before he arrived at my property and nobody was in. In addition the item was delivered at around 12.15, so not in the morning. The driver did what i asked and left the item at my house. I would have been extremely dissatisfied if he had not done so. However, this did mean that took the risk of having an expensive item outside the front of my house for 5 hours. I would recommend you call customers the night before a morning delivery and again one hour before arrival. This is my view of best practice.

Parcel left on doormat outside front door in clear view of any body passing . Had been raining so very lucky that sender wrapped in plastic . Not happy at all with your service !!! Very lucky it didn't disappear Mark

One of the parcels I sent contained a table lamp seriously well padded and well packed polystyrene and bubble wrap inside the box The Ladie has messaged me this morning for a refund

The delivery driver left it with a random neighbour! Driver Didn't leave a note in my letter box or anything saying left it with this neighbour eg door 24. More to the point I was home expecting to the delivery as stated so there was no point leaving it with someone else!! I didn't request it to be left with a neighbour caused me grief and had to chase around n Nick at every door to see if anyone revived my parcel I will never use this service again can't get the basics right

The problem I have had on the both occasions that I have had a parcel delivered by the same man is that he doesn't come to my front door. My back is always locked and rather than come to my front door he tries my neighbours to leave the parcel with them.

I am most concerned that there is no sign of my parcel, and a not has not been left to say where it is. I now have the parcel, it was delivered to my neighbour. In fairness to the driver, the address is the same for two residents.

***Exceptional Next Day Delivery*** What a shocking service, after paying for collection your company did not collect for 2 days in a row. The sender then had to take the parcel to the local depot for it to be sent to me. Even following lots of phone calls to chase by myself and the sender it still took 11 DAYS to be delivered. Fantastic service, thanks again. Money very well spent!

I think the use of email and text to explain when a parcel is going to turn up is frankly pointless when you are delivering to a business address. What would be much better is a simple tracking system for those who are really concerned to view should they need to know urgently where their parcel is. You are providing too much information.

I was disappointed in the service received. I paid for an am collection and this was not received. The postcode for delivery address was incorrect and although I raised a query via email I never received a response. Th customer services telephone service were very unhelpful and really uninterested in trying to resolve my questions.

I got a message today that my package has been delivered. I have no idea to whom. There was no notification in my postbox last night/this morning and I had not asked for the package to be delivered to a neighbour. In fact on the day of notification (yesterday morning) I asked for the package to be delivered to me one day later (today). I received confirmation that my request had been accepted. Then I got a message this morning asking me for feedback on a delivery I haven't received. I now have no idea where my package has been delivered and am waiting for your service centre to contact my on my mobile number to help me understand who signed for this at 5:30pm yesterday. I have no notification from any neighbour and while I do know some of my neighbours I don't know all of them.

Got an email saying that my parcel would be delivered. Used the website to say i would pick the parcel up. Get home to find parcel left exposed by the bin in the rain. Rubbish

Awful service. Paid for special delivery and got normal delivery but only when I called twice to find out what was happening. Incompetent and very unhelpful, if you can get hold of anybody at all!

The parcel was delivered to my work place, which is on an industrial estate. There is a reception that is manned from 9-5. The driver left the parcel next to the back door and it was found almost by accident by one of my colleagues. I get parcels delivered to work so that I don't need to worry about them getting delivered properly. It's a shame that a delivery service can't deliver.

I Found that your web page wasn't very good it was hard to find my order, and when I did it said they the Parcel was Picked up, and was due for delivery Thursday or Friday, and the Parcel came on the Monday, your driver was great very helpful,and I would of thought that because my Parcel was late you should of put my Parcel first drop, and not between 14.15 to 15.15, please sort your planners out. I do know what I'm talking about,as I've been in General Haulage for over 30 years.
