!Watch out for hidden charges! 1.) Imagine you send out a parcel with Ipostparcels and your parcel never gets delivered. 2.) Imagine you contact Ipostparcels and find out that they claim your recipe refused the delivery 3.) Imagine Ipostparcels charges you !!!GBP 41.37!!! in order to get your parcel back on top of the delivery cost you already paid. --- Welcome to the reality of sending parcels with Ipostparcels ---

I need to make an international delivery to Malaysia (from Scotland) and after doing some research on the web and read reviews by other people, I decided to go with ipostparcels because so far the rating is the highest compared to other company. The booking process on their website is really easy to go through. I booked for collection of my parcel on 19.05.2017 and that morning I got an email and a text message saying that they will collect my parcel around 1:30-2:30. The guy came exactly at 1:30 and take my parcel away. On 22.05.2017 I got a confirmation email about my parcel already being delivered to my house in Malaysia. Overall, I am really satisfied with their service. The price is the cheapest among others and my parcel arrived safely in a very short time. Highly recommended and definitely will use their service again!

I would put a zero if I could. ipostparcels 'lost' my parcel and then having spent 6 months 'looking' into this. 2 years and 3months on they have still not processed my claim and generally ignore all communications hiding behind email and twitter. Truly appalling company

I was sent a valuable item, clearly labelled "Mandatory Signature". The deliverer came when I was out, made no attempt to get a signature, and left it in an open porch where anyone could have made off with it. I emailed a complaint, but didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.

Waited in all day, no email or call to say they wouldn't be coming between the time window of 7-6pm. Parcel was eventually picked up at nearly 9pm. No apologies, no partial refund. Will not be using this service again.

Disgraceful company. Booked an important package to be delivered the Wednesday. Booked next day delivery with collection on Tuesday. No sign of the driver to collect. I am still waiting for collection. They only have premium rate numbers that give you no information at all. You cannot speak to anyone. They take a whole day to reply to facebook messages. The whole company is about keeping customers in the dark and with no way of contacting them. That is how they get away with such awful service. I will definitely be reporting them to Trading Standards. DO NOT USE IPOST PARCELS OR UK MAIL!!!!!!!

If there was a minus 1 you would have it. Decided to try you again like the fool I am after the last twice "big mistake" Do you only employ drivers who are expert liars??? Like the last twice "attempted collection" blatant lies was in all day yesterday and today nothing!!! called the only number available after sending two contact forms spoke to DAN as much use as a chocolate fire guard!! after repeating the standard I post lie sorry nothing I can do. I paid 11.99 for collection 24th delivery 25th you have not fulfilled your commitment and never intended to Trading Standards need to look at this set up against the law to take money fraudulently. This time I will report it. But still no idea if/when the uplift will take place or if the money will be pocketed. DO NOT USE THIS MOB WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Been using this company for a few years now and they used to be very good however this has all changed as now it seems like 3/10 items are getting very damaged in transit not sure if I will be using them as of next month.

WHEN. WILL. YOU. SORT. YOURSELVES. OUT? (Please) Currently I have been chasing a parcel which was lost in transit, items worth £599, for nearly HALF A YEAR! I was going to copy the email chain, but didn't want to disclose the names of those in employment. Nothing is working out. The way I'm being treated is like the least important piece of scrap there ever was. If this continues for much longer then I Post Parcels can be given the classification 'Pirates'. Honestly that's all they are.

POSSIBLY THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN THE UK!! THERE WEBSITE LITERALLY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT 5 TIMES AND I DIDNT EVEN GET THE SHIPPING LABEL AS THEIR WEBSITE KEPT HAVING A PAYPAL ERROR AND THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU CAN CALL THEM ON. WHEN I EMAILED THERE CS TEAM, THEY MAILED ME BACK 7 DAYS LATER ASKING ME IF I WANTED TO RESET MY PASSWORD ON MY ACCOUNT????? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. They failed to pick up my parcel, failed to answer my emails and do not have a telephone number even though they pretend to PayPal that they do. They have not yet refunded me - had to go to Parcel Force instead. Will continue to use Parcel Force as this bunch cannot be trusted. DO NOT USE THEM.

The parcel was not delivered. I have checked outside spaces & with the neighbours to see if it had been left- but no. Awaiting further details from the depot but not hopeful that this matter will be resolved by the successful delivery of the item needed for Christmas celebrations

Atrocious, didn't pick up delivery till next day, too much time wasted on my part trying to sort out another delivery due to your company's incompetence. Delivery then delivered to incorrect address ! DO I NEED TO TELL YOU ANYMORE, won't use you or recommend your company again. And as it was messed up, and so, delivered late, you cost my partners company money!!!!!!

I haves used iPost quite a number of times and usually been very happy, somI want this review to be a fair one. What went wrong? - a five day delay in collection - the web-site seems to have a one day delay built-in, so some of my (increasingly irate over time) emails were answered a full day after I sent them, some not at all - a 2 day delay in delivery - the tracking information appeared to change, meaning I felt I could not trust it - other couriers pirate a 'live' text service, iPost does not My (rather expensive) package was eventually delivered, but I was not made aware of this but had to find out by coming home and finding it in my designated (safe place), but in the rain. ASurely the driver could have considered leaving st a neighbours?
