Parcel was ment to come yesterday as you have also said. I waited in all day for parcel and it never arrive. Lost a days pay. It's came today. You service is shocking really

Showed up a day late. I have read about these jokers online and apparently this is very common. Stay away from these muppets folks.

Terrible service, item didnt arrive and your website will not let me send you a message to chase the item. I will now be canceling my order with the original seller and will have to use another company that doesnt do deliveries through you. Of course at the end of that I will be heading to every social media portal and review site to let everyone know to not use you.

Your driver needs to be told how to do his job. He left a parcel out in the open, without a signature, without any authority to do so and put it on the card that he left. I ran a courier firm a few years ago, and I know that you NEVER leave a delivery without a signature or being authorised to leave it at the recipient's own risk. If this is how your company delivers goods, then you all need to be re-trained to do it better, and provide a professional service.

I use many different courier companies for my business as I use what service my customer requires at that time. i have used ipost many times and i find it probably the worst from the lot. i use UPS, Myhermes, royal mail and sometimes TNT. Your service has been the worst. your prices are not the best too. your drivers need training and your staff at the hubs need manners and need to stop fobbing you off and learn to tell the truth. when i drop off at your Birmingham hub the chap behind the counter is the rudest staff i have come across. you can email me zak_0123@hotmail.com if you what to know how you can improve your business and learn from your customers. thank you

I'm sure your driver was lovely and I'm grateful that he left the parcel in safe hands but he didn't come until after closing time and the shop where he left it isn't open yet this morning so I still haven't received it.

I ordered 60kg of dog food which arrived in 2 battered boxes and the driver wasn't very happy about having to shift the boxes (2 x 30kg). If your company agrees to ship goods then you should deliver them in good condition no matter what the weight is and consider if your drivers are able to lift the items. I was led to believe that the Health and Safety weight for lifting is 25kg so there should be provision on your vans for moving heavier items. At the very least provide your drivers with trolleys. On the up side the delivery did arrive when scheduled and luckily the bags inside the boxes weren't damaged.

Next Day Delivery package dated 26-2-2015, was delivered at 16.35 on 3-3-2015. Package split and dirty. When this was pointed out to your driver he replied, 'I'm not surprised. It has been in our depot over a week waiting to be delivered.' Disgusting service. Don't think I will win £50 will I!

I don't normally moan but I would have been quicker going to the shop and picking my parcel only 6 miles away.said it was going to arive 2days later instead 6 days later the parcel went 40 miles away to York,shame they did not let me know are apologise.

I can't imagine how the address you used was so wrong. The original address from which you collected the parcel was 10 Trowlock Island, Teddington, TW11 9QZ. The address you delivered the return parcel was 10 Broom Water West, TW11 9QH, Fortunately the householder there had the common sense to ring us up and deliver the parcel himself. Of course it may be the original sender who was at fault, who I am contacting as well.

The parcel arrived damaged the outer box and the boxes inside were crushed. I'm not very happy.

The postman tried to stuff an envelope that was far too large into the letter box, resulting in the envelope being jammed half way in. The envelope was well jammed and, as we were out all day, advertised that the house was unoccupied. The only reason that the package wasn't stolen was that it was so well jammed. We had great difficulty removing the envelope when we got home and eventually mange by one person pushing from inside the house and on person pulling from the outside. The packaging was damaged in the process. This level of service from your delivery people is totally unacceptable and it's a pity I can't give it a rating below very poor. Regards, Mick Dunne

deliveries usually made by you are delivered mid afternoon rather than before 12 but always guaranteed the day I expect them good overall service

Parcel turned up between the allotted times which I had received by text. Was just posted through the door as it didn't need to be signed for, so I didn't have any interaction with the driver. Thank you.
