Received my parcel yesterday. It was well packed by the sender but when I opened it part of the item was broken off. Have spoke to the seller and saw picture before I bought it and it wasn't broken. So can only assume it was done by the courier service. Luckily it's not a major part broken and will fix it with glue but not ideal. Would probably use another courier service in the future.

Very poor service.We paid for collection on the Friday needing delivery on Saturday in London. We waited in the whole day, constantly looking for a collection van which never appeared. At 6pm I tried to contact the company in vain.No one contacted me to apologise for non-collection. They have written a note that they tried to deliver the parcel and we were't in which is not true. The parcel was eventually collected on Monday morning and will be delivered Tuesday - far too late! Won't use again.

My parcel was left on the doorstep in full view of anyone who might like to have taken it away, LUCKILY it wasn't and my son got his birthday present that he had spent a precious to him £33.99 on.

Although the driver carries the address stickers, I would like to be able to print them from the site.

Received a text delivery slot from ipostparcels which was great, delivery scheduled between 15:30 - 16:30, parcel actually arrived about 17:30, not really a problem as I was in anyway, but have become accustomed to some couriers delivering within the notified time slot so surprised this was late. Upon delivery the courier was polite and parcel delivered in good condition. I really like the system that DPD operate, you receive a text delivery slot as above, but are given the options to change delivery date, post to neighbour or accept delivery. You can also track the location of the couriers van.....all adds vital communication between the courier and recipient and the recipient can plan their delivery, with the courier having more successful deliveries, saves everybody time and effort. It'd be great if ipostparcels could adopt this system.

Driver dropped a parcel marked Fragile do not drop over our back fence Our fence is about five or six feet hight. A big drop. Nothing broken I think but haven't checked everything yet. Not very good really.

driver not very friendly and moans about having to come down our drive, although narrow it has been widened, at the time Tesco were making a delivery and he had no problem and he had a larger lorry...

ipostparcels I received my parcel today 27/08/2014. A stereo which was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and fragile tape clearly showing... and unfortunately its really been in the wars under your care! Im soooo disappointed, the speaker has been knocked in, control knobs snapped off, and looks like its had vey heavy weight has been plonked onto of it as the main body has cracked! I would expect this if sending through the royal mail as normal post! But from a courier company like yourselves I really expected it to have been handled better! Please get in touch asap. I have left very poor feedback as the item has been damaged in transits as the box had been squashed and bent meaning the item inside was also bent. NOT HAPPY

worst service ever charged twice never collected parcel after 3 days refunded on one but not other never replied to any emails on there forms or twitter online account said picked up and delivered and signed for which is impossible cause I still have it

Large valuable item delivered whilst we were out and left on door step in full view. Item was not in box so quite obvious what it was. I certainly would never use this service if that's how you look after the items you deliver.

Good to be given a one hour time slot which the parcel was delivered in, however the parcel was quite badly dented - luckily the seller had protected the item with lots of bubble wrap or it would have arrived damaged!

didnt turn up for two weeks. was then advised by sender that there was no one in. in fact there were two people in. No card left. sender refunded the cost of the purchase. It was then redelivered some days later. Or rather, it was put in our greenhouse some days later. Again there were two people in the house. No card through the door, so it was found some days after that. The box is still in my front porch waiting for something to happen.

The first I knew that someone was calling was when our dog barked. I opened the door to see a parcel in the porch, ( I heard the driver shout 'shut up') at our bearded collie. I called out to the driver 'thank you' for the parcel, and he replied 'ok' When I took the parcel in I noticed it said 'signature manditory'... the driver did not knock at our door, and as I said just left it in the porch. So no signature was taken. Hence a 'very poor' classification. W J Clarke

When I booked the service thought it was next day service, only to find out 3-4 days delivery, opted for driver to bring labels. When driver collected I was a little worried as driver had no labels as depot printer wasn't working which I found unacceptable. Parcel was delivered ok, Would have to think to wether I would use again instead of other couriers

The service was rather poor. I paid extra for a timed collection of my parcel on a Friday between 8am and 1pm for deliver the next day which was a Saturday, which did not happen. The driver finally arrived to collect the parcel onsite after 5pm to discover that the offices were closed for the weekend. I contacted the help line to ask why the collection had failed and could not get an explanation. I was assured the parcel would be collected on Monday and delivery would take place on the Tuesday. The collection of the parcel took place on the Monday but the parcel did not arrive at it's delivery address on the Tuesday. As I had requested a Saturday delivery it was going to be delivered then. Well the Saturday came and no delivery. As the helpline was closed on the Monday due to a bank holiday I called again on Tuesday morning asking where was my parcel and why had it not been delivered. I could see from the online tracking that it had arrived at the depo in my area on the Tuesday after Monday collection and there it continued to sit with no delivery date. When I again phoned the helpline again I was advised my parcel was in the Glasgow sorting office but no one could tell me why it had not been delivered or even a delivery attempt. I decided to drive to the depo and collect the parcel myself so sadly your email correspondence telling me my parcel has been delivered is a little inaccurate as I had to go and collect it. I again asked what the problem had been and no one could give any sort of sensible answer. So all in all very disappointing and rather expensive to wait almost 11 days to receive a delivery. I will try very hard not to use your services again as I feel they are rather unreliable.

Items delivered in a terrible state. Car boot lid, was so badly damaged it had to be written off. A second was sent and that also was damaged and required repair. If you have problems you also can't get a number for this company. There parent company aren't very helpful either. Google this company and you will see that channel 4 Dispatches programme featured this company and show under cover footage of how badly Items are thrown around. Little wonder then how things get wrecked . I used them because they were cheap, however anything fragile I would think. Carefully before sending .
