I received a text early Saturday morning to say a parcel would be delivered between 11.57 & 12.57 that day. I was going away before 10.00 and assumed that I would get a note through the door to say that my parcel would be redelivered or requesting me to arrange for a time when I would be in. On my return at approximately 4pm on Sunday I discover the parcel propped on my doorstep, admittedly between a plant pot and the wall, but in clear view. I am surprised it was still there - very obvious and even more upsetting was the fact that it also indicated to anyone who might have been interested, for dishonest purposes, that my home was unoccupied. I am not impressed.

Receiverd an email stating the parcel was out for delivery on Tuesday and would be delivered early that morning, my partner waited in most of the day but nothing arrived, on checking the tracking number it stated the parcel was delayed, on Wednesday we received another email stating it would be delivered again early that morning which it was.

Hello although the parcel was undamaged and delivered promptly I think your driver could have assisted my wife to place it inside the house as it was very heavy. we are in our seventies and a little help would have been appreciated.

........the debacle continues. 1330 on Thursday (day 4) - colection was due Monday between 0800 and 1300. No calls from customer services! Upon chasing the promised collection before 1300 was assurred. What a company!

Parcel arrive split open and i item was missing.If i had answered the door i would not have signed for it.

I had arranged for the collection, on friday 13th March 2015, had an email to say the my parcel will be collected from my customer, around 3pm -4pm, no collection made. I phoned on monday 16th March i was told by the Glasgow depot it would be collected today, no collection made. Iphoned again on 17th March, they said they had no collection to be made, after 10mins on the phone, i was told the, the orginal collection on the 13th march, was due to an error on the drivers part, then i was told that someone would go and collect the parcel before 12am, which they did. Then i had an email to say my parcel would be delivered, between 15-46pm & 16-46pm, i then recieved an email, to say the deliverey was delayed, final at 6pm my parcel had arrived. Hooray

Ordered a parcel to be delivered between specific times and paid extra for it the parcel got delivered 3 days later. Unreliable service and never ever use their pick up and drop off service the drivers never make it in time and you end up wasting your entire day waiting for the driver to come who was supposed to come between 9-1pm and arrive at 8pm. HOrrible service

Have yet to receive parcel even though you say it was delivered. Three people were in the property when you said it was delivered.l look forward to your response. Paul Cribbens.

so another day passes and guess what - still after three days no collection despite assurances of a collection before 1pm by a charming lady from Customer Service. Then calls in the afternoon saying that collection would still be made - but now they are saying they will colelct on Thursday (sometime??). Oh they have refunded £2 - what amazing compensation for being four days late. Simply a joke!

Booked a next day collection... Actually collected 5 days later..! Delivery was next day as requested in all fairness though..

I returned home to find the parcel stating it was a fragile item thrown over my gates when unpacking item it was smashed

There were meant to be 2 no parcels and only 1 delivered and can't track the other down as yet and were needed yesterday

The delivery was about an hour later than the email suggested it would be but apart from that, everything was fine.

Now into day 3 of failing to collect parcel and get email saying they will collect between 23:32 and 00:32 - the debacle continures............................

Im sorry to say that one of the items arrived broken and I checked with the supplier who said that they had all been well wrapped in bubble wrap etc. So we were disappointed really. The parcel did arrive on time though Thank you
