The driver dragged my cardboard box into the office, across the stone floor. Not the greatest entrance when I knew high value of the contents. I thought they had trollies for heavy items? The cardboard box also looked like it had been through the wars, fortunately the items inside were ok. The experience annoyed me enough to recommend the seller uses a different delivery service in the future. The only reason I have not selected 'Very Poor' is because the parcel arrived on the estimated date.

Bad service all round. they don't pick up on time. they don't send any paper work with the drive to collect the parcel it was just luck that my parcel got collected at all as the driver was just meant to deliver a parcel to me NOT collect any they don't reply to any enquires made. they close enquires with out giving you the answer to your enquire. they please there self when they won't to pick up the parcel and tell you the wrong day that the parcel will be picked up. there is no customer service with this company. I will never use ipostparcels again

sender paid for next day delivery for a time crucial part to arrive on saturday and didnt recieve expected items untill monday no explaination given so now stuck with useless parts and no comeback. never going to use or reccomend this company to anyone again

Appalling service! my parcel wasnt delivered i cant get hold of anyone to find out where the hell it is. No one is replying to my emails! i paid £23 for the service and the package is worth £50! i am at the end of my tether as what to do about this!

Payed for next day delivery,parcels where collected together but arrived on 2 separate days well after date payed and arranged,sent emails to yous have never had a response,wanting a refund but clearly yous don't intend getting in touch about it,and the fact I took time off work for that date I'm very much out of pocket.

First time customer. Booked a next day collection and got a text confirming a time slot. No collection. Sent a message. No response. Got a text confirming another collection time the day after. I will not hold my breath. So will not be using them again. Even if you paid me! There needs to be a no star rating. One star is one too many.

i sent two parcels to australia over a month ago, both of which have not been delivered. have emailed ipostparcels 6 times and still have not had a response to tell me what is happening with them. There is no phone number, so trying to get any information out of them is nearly impossible. Will not be using this company again, awful.

delivery was quick, but the wrappings had great big boot marks all over it, When I mentioned this to the driver, he said quote they are not mine I took it off a pallet to bring it

Good delivery time frame but two items came in broken. They were bubble wrapped but still they were broken. The box was damaged from one corner.

Charged twice and have received no reply to my email sent 5 days ago and another one yesterday. Impossible to communicate with! Shall use another provider in future.

Waited in for 12 hours Monday for a collection, that never happened. Booked 2 days earlier, Sent 2 emails, which were never answered. Phoned in the end. They said they do not "do collections, only deliveries from that office, so would have to put a request in to the depot, to find out when a collection may happen". Also maybe even more worrying was that he also said, "we did get a message, saying the driver had said he did not have the paper work, yesterday at 1030 hours, being why the collection was not made". Although they had this information, their web site did not update the information to me, (out for collection) meaning I would not have wasted a further 10 hours, had it just changed its message to read something like...oppps sorry there is a delay, we will not be collecting today. Now awaiting a phone call to see if in fact the parcel will be collected on the day it was promised to be already delivered. All in all not at all promising. I have bought and sold nearly 400 items on ebay, and NEVER had this type of problem from ANY other carrier. ipost GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PLEASE.

Parcel was not picked up on there specified day and the parcel will not be delivered next day as paid for. A next day delivery service will take nearly a week just for them to pick the parcel up from day of purchase. They still haven't replied to my message I left.

Item was left outside whilst raining, luckily items inside box were not damaged and lucky that nobody stole parcel as left in clear view from street.

Awful... Just wait until your parcel is not collected as per contract. Try to make contact, it's not possible. I waited for 2 days for a collection and the only contact possible is via their website and then you cannot get the response you are due.I have sent a letter of complaint, 10 days ago and still no reply. But hey, this is probably how this company treats customers.It's a shame that they let themselves down like this, as their delivery process is not too bad.

I was not happy with the service I received. I had a text message saying my parcel would be delivered between 2030-2130 which was perfect. We wenr out for the afternoon and came back to the parcel on the doorstep. I am vwry unhappy about this as it had been raining and the item was expensive. I also asked for a signature on delivery which did not happn. Will not be using again.

The poorest service I have encounered, they picked the parcel up a day late after picking the morning slot the day before which I payed extra for, plus they said the parcel would be delivered between 1130 - 1230 and it turn up at 1355. Ashley Lawson

yes i got a delivery yesterday, it wasnt delivered to my house a neighbour took it in. No notification of any sort at my house about where the delivery was. I am not impressed. On top of that the delivery was supposed to be with me by wednesday, not thursday. carol
