The estimate delivery date was 23rd October. But on 28th October, it still hasn't arrived yet . I had to contact the seller. And the seller found out the parcel has already been in our area for a while, don't know why it's not sent it to my address. Eventually it's arrived on the second day after the seller contacted them. Very bad service.

After failing to deliver twice because they couldn't find my address (a quick Google search using the postcode brings it straight up!) I complained and was fobbed off with lies. I eventually arranged to collect from the depot myself (earliest opportunity they have me was 4 days later?!?!) only to return home later that day to find my parcel in my outside bin soaking wet through. The dampness has even damaged the contents of my parcel. It's safe to say I am furious and do not recommend using this business.

Driver left a natural wood 4ft long coat hanger leaning up against the front door of our house in bad weather, which besides it could have been stolen from outside our house, the cardboard it was wrapped in was soaking wet when we got back home. Luckily it hasn't ruined the item, but could of. Very poor.

Next time the UK Olympic team find themselves short of a shot putter, they should consider recruiting the ipostparcels employee who made my recent delivery. Rather than attempting to ring the bell, he simply lobbed my package over a 5 foot gate. How do I know? One of our company employees was standing in plain sight and watched him do it. When our guy asked the wannabe athlete what he was doing, he simply mumbled and wandered off. How's that for customer service? ipostparcels - good if you hope to meet the next Carl Myerscough, not so great if you want your package to arrive in one piece.

Item was delivered promptly but it had been miss handled somewhere as the item, a toaster, had been smashed in on one corner making worthless. EBay seller is not prepared to refund me so I'm not happy with the service. I am also £21 out of pocket. Thanks for asking for a review, sorry it's negative. Gary.

The driver delivered the package. Its his job. He did it ok. How hard can it be?

The driver left the parcel in my garden bin which was full of wet garden waste.. Not only was it not secure , any authorisation for it to be left there did not come from me and as such any authorisation must have been falsified .

Delivery turned up an hour late. Delivery driver polite and apologised but inconvenient as I had finished work early specifically to take receipt of delivery.

Not good! Seller had to query where my parcel had got to one week after estimated delivery date. Another day or so later I received this from ipostparcels: "Your ipostparcels.com order 40617530197029 is estimated for delivery by UK Mail between 13:29 - 14:29." So I wait in. No knock no nothing. So at 3pm I look up the order no. online and they claim to have delivered it to my porch!.... I found the then OPENED parcel, not far from my the front door. I got the impression if the contents had been of value to whoever opened them, I may have never seen them again. So sorry to say.... I was disappointed.

The parcel arrived promptly. However the packaging was badly torn and I was very very surprised that the coat was not damaged.

The first parcel took over a week until we found out it had been damaged and all contents ruined, the second parcel arrived, again a day later than expected, and again damaged. It has held us back and cost us almost two weeks sales. It has left us seriously doubting whether to use you or your client Donald Cooke ltd in the future as we spend thousands of pounds per year with them and cant afford for have this extremely unprofessional outfit hindering our chances of earning money and just as importantly ruining our reputation as a business. Website week and out of date Delivery Pdf you send does not open on all machines No contact tel number for contact Response time via email response if no tel support should be max 30 minutes Why do I use you cheap and we can drop off parcels

Really not impressed. Received email saying package had been delivered at 9.30 - I was in but there had not been a knock on the door. The email said it had been signed for by a name I have never heard of. No address. I had no idea where it was. Rang the office - they rang back an hour later with no news. I did not hear anything further about my missing parcel. Later than night someone from down the road knocked on my door. They had had a note through their door saying a parcel had been left at another house! Luckily they found out where I lived. They could have not bothered and I would have lost my parcel and £60. Basically the driver took it to the wrong number house even though the number was on the parcel correctly. And I was never phoned back.

Paid for next day delivery on the Thursday they picked it up Friday dropped it off Monday and ignored my emails as well as kept the extra money I paid for next day service.... I will never use these again!!!!

The parcel wasn't actually delivered to me, more just left on the doorstep of my side door where anyone could have taken it. The box had some minor dents, but was a secondhand box so they were probably there to start with. And on the positive side the parcel arrived during the delivery time specified.
