We were never given a delivery time but were told when it might be. We waited in for two days then the parcels were delivered the next day when we were out and left on the doorstep. This is not the service I was expecting and we were dismayed to find out valuable consignment sitting on the doorstep in full view of any passer by.

I have chosen the service to save time. The website gave me wrong informations about the process of the driver. The email notification didnt work at all. The driver was not here in the planned time and my parcel i needed to take myself from the depot. I have paied to get my parcel from west to east london and to save the hours to travel there. At the end the service was pointless because ipostparcels waisted more of my time and finally money then i would have needed without them. Its a good idea for people who have a lot time. But the service they can offer via phone is very poor and the driver could not be contacted for hours.

Had an email to inform me my delivery was due between 12.39 & 13.39 on 29.07.2015 and I was delivery no 57 so I drove back from Leeds to meet delivery and was watching tracking when trackibg got to 55 my delivery status changed to delayed and was not delivered had to ring and chase only got delivery 30.07.2015 no explanion

I wasn't partially happy with the delivery being left in my blue recycle bin as it was exposed and could have been pinched.

My parcel was stolen because the delivery driver thought it was ok to post my parcel to the doorstep (the door stop that everyone passes, yes very safe...NOT) worst service ever. I will make sure in future not to order from companies using this delivery service, and also I am going to make sure everyone (using my social media) knows how crap it is, hopefully it will become viral. Disgusting service and treatment by the call centre staff.

Hi I appreciate the company from whom i bought the stuff. They used your services to deliver at my place. But i was very much disappointed with driver he came just one ring and kept the whole parcel out of the house. He did not wait to come some one outside and looked into parcel. He left outside and walk away so fast. As per terms and conditions he need to wait until customer check thier parcel. Also if some one else has picked up the parcel outside home n went away how we would know or he himself know that he kept some parcel? No sign no confirmation nothing. I must say driver did his task in very un professional way. Thanks Fatema

Driver knocked door, we have cctv so we could see him with parcel, by the time I had got to the door he had driven off,he didn't know if anyone was in or not. Poor service if you ask me.

I wasn't in when the parcel was supposedly delivered. Tracking claims it was signed for by someone with a name resembling mine... Neither of my neighbours signed for it. I don't know where it was left!

It would of been a better result but the delivery was 1 hour longer than was stated with no explanation from the driver

The collection dates were missed. No one told me. No one apologised (except the driver). I couldn't get in touch with anyone to find out what was happening. I had paid for the collections but the service was poor. On the plus side, I did get emails when they had been delivered, which is good. I would comment now that your email asking for this feedback mentioned a draw on 1st June. Today is 29th JULY !!! What can I say?

although the parcels were delivered earlier that projected and the driver was very polite they were both damaged and have had to return to manufacturer

An allocated time is messaged to you on the day of the delivery and they deliver before this time so you have to take a day off to ensure you get your parcel. I am currently awaiting my 3rd delivery from them as the previous two parcel contained glass and they have broke the goods on two separate occasions. Completely useless!

I was in the house waiting for the delivery. Your driver didn't ring the doorbell but instead decided to leave all the large parcels, containing electrical goods, outside a neighbour's opposite. The neighbour was out and found them on his return. If it had been raining everything would have been ruined. Apparently the driver signed for them under RON. The people I had bought the goods off had paid for a signature delivery from the customer. This clearly did not happen. You clearly do not care and I would not recommend you.

I was please with the speed at which it was delivered but the parcel was left in plan view on my doorstep. Glad it was worth more money!!

The service was what I have to come to expect from most carriers, i.e the people doing the organising have not got a clue, so I won't blame the driver. Had an request for an AM collection confirmed on line, then an email from the Glasgow depot saying it would be collected PM, when the consignee said she would be out, hence the choice of an AM collection. Got sorted after phone calls to your office and texts to the consignee, hassle I could have done without that day.

Customer service at UK mail is pretty poor. Parcel was sent with incorrect postcode, not your fault. However call centre for UK mail couldn't change the postcode to the correct one. Cant understand why? Ended up calling my local depot who changed it straight away. Don't know why Uk mail call centre is so difficult to deal with, no simpathy or apology, just a very poor at resolving seemingly straight forward service issues.

Appalling service! Parcel was clearly marked 4 Willowaire and it was delivered to 1 Willowaire where a very difficult neighbour lives. Is the driver an illiterate idiot??

The service stinks. Next day service is not a next day service! Prices are not as low as they would like you to believe. Don't try to contact any of unhelpful staff; they will insult you. If you speak with them they will put the phone down on you, if they don't like what they hear. You would be wrong if you think they are there to help you. In one word: "disappointing". Wouldn't touch them ever again!
