If you want a company that's not going to collect your parcels and ignore you emails then these are the people your looking for !! Rude ignorant staff when I finally find a phone number to contact them on !!!! AVOID THESE PEOPLE ARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY AND NOT EVEN ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT THE ITEMS !!!!!

DO NOT SEND Internationally with ipost !! The service provided by ipost was a complete shamble. After 18 e-mails 1.5 months you still can not delivered the parcel. It was confirm the delivery was on the 26-9-2014 sign by someone call Rana who was NOT the consignee. even when the consignee try to contact DHL on 29-09-2014 it was already been send back. It was my fault there was a typing error on the phone number but it was corrected within a week of sending the parcel and now you wanted £39.11 for the return of the parcel !!. You can KEEP IT. I WILL CLOSE MY A/C. NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!! Good day.

I didnt think the service was good to be honest. I recieved a message to say my parcel was going to be delivered between 10.22-11.22 so I took the day off work to wait in for it, it didn't arrive. I phoned the company later on that day (was on hold for 17 minutes) to be told the driver couldn't gain access I don't understand how not considering he only had to open the gate. I was told they would deliver it the next day so I asked it to be delivered after 4 o'clock as I could not take another day off work. The person I was speaking to said that would fine. The next morning I got a text to say it was being delivered between 8.40-9.40 when we agreed 4 o'clock. I had to go to work when I returned home there was a note posted through the door sayin it was behind my bin.(the driver actually managed to open the gate this time). I took the item inside and the packaging was all ripped and the item was damaged. Not a good service at all. If you would like any more information my contact number is 07724735829.

Absolutely dreadful service, no communication, over 1 week and still no parcel, no calls or texts, avoid, stay clear, do not use.

ipost provide a decent parcel delivery service, they also provide a text service to give a prediction on when they are delivering a parcel but in my case the text system let's them down. I buy many items daily from lots of suppliers and have them delivered to a number of places. The ipost system is good at sending a text to give a predicted delivery time but because the text does not tell me who is sending the item or a deliery address it become worthless and actually becomes a little irritating.

I booked and paid for next day delivery. The collection did not happen on the day I expected and on contacting them I was told that the driver attempted collection but no one was home and he left a card!!!. The following day when the driver actually arrived I asked about the attempted collection only to be told that he did not try to collect as his head office had failed to send through some paperwork. so I was on the list but they told him to wait until the following day. I had sold an expensive item online and confirmed that the parcel would be delivered on a specific day only to be left having to apologise on behalf of this joke of a company I received no apology at all or acknowledgment of the lies and the only way of contacting customer services is beyond a joke. when you receive a reply there is no way to reply to them, you have to raise a new inquiry every time. Perhaps they have spent too much money on advertising recently and not enough on customer services

I paid extra for a parcel to be collected between 8-1pm, however it wasn't collected till 3.15. When I queried it with a telephone operator she said she couldn't help as the driver had indicated the expected pickup time to be 1.15-2.15. What extra service did I actually pay for then??? Disappointed!

We found our parcel on the doorstep, and yet we had been in the house the whole time. The driver had not even bothered to knock or ring the bell

The parcel was left, with no attempt by the delivery driver to ascertain if I was in, outside my door. There was no phone call or text message. I have no idea what time it was delivered. It could easily have been stolen.

The delivery was not collected on the booked date which was not great and also arrived a day later,- for business service perhaps not goods enough, but the price is good and as I only have used this company once I will give it another chance.

I was disappointed that the delivery driver left the package at my front door and drove off without checking I was at home. Anyone could have easily taken it.

I use ipost parcels for my business and they deliver my toy boxes, one has just arrived damaged, but worse than this, i paid for a printer to be picked up monday 13th for tuesdy delivery, we had an email tuesday stating there was a delay (this printer is what i use for my business) i contacted them and "TYLER" from swindon an afent that helped explained it had been picked up awaiting a driver to bring to leicester, my husband could then pick it up tuesday night, wednesday i recieved an email stating they will let me know when its out for delivery and then the lady whos sold the printer has just contacted me to ask when they are picking it up, so they have failed with their timescale but whats even worse their actual agent lied!!1 DISGUSTING SERVICE!

Collection from UK was brilliant, on time, pleasant driver. Unfortunately at this end (Spain) delivery was due on 9th but there is appears to be a problem of some sort according to the online tracking. Yesterday, first thing, I called, the number on the contact page which is incorrect for international deliveries but they gave me another number to call. I left a telephone number with them so the driver could call me and have heard nothing. The girl I spoke to said they have to use other companies for international deliveries but didn't sound very interested. Bit concerned that my parcel may have vanished in a black hole somewhere???

I am really disappointing this service. I book bring me labels and driver not bring me one, not collect my parcel , he told I have my self print labels and he come back tomorrow.i go cancelation my booking

I have been waiting for a parcel for over a week, no one seems to know where it is and no one is giving any importance to this case. I have spent hours just waiting on telephone queues and emails have not been replied.... everytime I can get hold of someone the answer is not convincing and the information is nill... very poor service that I will definitely not use again despite the low prices

Ordered an item 6th October, got a text 7th december to say it would be delivered that day (who knew it would be a next day delivery, it wasnt ordered as such) . Anyway, I was not in as I was abroad. The parcel is marked Mandatory Signature, so I was expecting to come home to a card! Not so, the parcel was left on my doorstep, In a block of flats, for 2 days! All is well since no-one knicked it, but what shocking service.

One of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with! Never reply back to emails and don't have a contact phone number! They have said they will come collect my parcel and haven't on a number of occasions resulting in my customers giving me negative feedback I would advise anyone to stay away and use a more reliable company

The worse company I ever dealt with, no customer support, no phone number, late collection, over week delivery, no answers, you send something but you staying hanging in air praying, you parcel will be delivered or get you, one or the other Avoid totally

Half of my order was not picked up to deliver on the Saturday, meaning I had to take time off work to stay in on the following Tuesday to receive the order. One of my boxes was completely open at the corner and the driver was carrying several boxes slung under his arm, which probably didn't help. I would like a refund of at least the botched delivery, as I had deliberately selected a Saturday delivery to avoid that problem.
