Good quick service and pleasant delivery staff. Such a shame that the good work was let down by an email delivered later asking us to review the service where I was rudely addressed as "hey you" by the owner of Parcel Pete

Driver rings bell multiple times in 10 secs - waits 5 secs - bangs on door numerous times for 5 secs. By the time I've got from one end of the house to the other he's already left the front door. I get to the front door and call him back, ask him to be a bit more patient in future as I am mobility impaired and I get an earful over how he doesn;t have time to wait around for people and he then goes on a rant about how hard his life is and work is miserable. I do suggest he takes this up with his employer or finds a job that he will enjoy. He storms off ranting and muttering after thrusting the package into my hands - putting me off balance. I'd never recommend this delivery service because of that one driver - the company should really vet their drivers for customer service skills.

My parcel had been opened and then resealed with parcel tape. One item was missing from my package. The company I ordered from said ukmail advised that sometimes parcels come open. Given the type of packaging my company uses I find this very hard to believe. So how did that happen and where is my missing item?

They have said they have delivered my parcel when clearly they have NOT. The web site says it was signed by a person whose name I have no knowledge of and it is not the name of any of my neighbours. So somebody is not telling the truth here. They say delivered and I say no way.

Not impressed... I got an e-mail to and say which date and time period my parcel would be delivered, which I thought was good. But unfortunately, I was not at home when they tried to deliver. No card was left and no further information. I tried to find out the status from their web site and was informed that my post code was not a valid UK postcode. Tried calling the number on their website and it gave me 3 options (locations?) and then cuts you off. I eventually got another e-mail early hours the following day to say that it would be delivered the next day. I replied to this e-mail to say that could they deliver to my neighbour if I was not at home. No confirmation that they received this e-mail so I crossed my fingers. I received a text / e-mail to say that it had been signed for by Frank. (no other information). I don't know anyone called Frank! Fortunately they had left it with my neighbour (who does not know who Frank is either) as instructed in the e-mail. Overall I got my delivery but it was not a good experience.

First alleged attempt: I waited in all day on the due day as reqested, then went out. No delivery. On checking the tracking facility the following morning I read that at 18.31 a delivery had been attempted, that there was no reply and that a card had been left. There was no card. Contacted Dell who tried to fix a new delivery date. After telling me that another delivery would be made, they contacted me again to say that the original package had been 'lost'. A new one would be sent. Second attempt: arrived early afternoon on arranged revised date. Not great service.

The package was left behind the gate of a house two miles from delivery address. The "you were not at home" ticket was pegged to the washing line. The home owner delivered the package to us yesterday evening, informing us that he had in fact been home all day overseeing builders. This review is reflected in the lowest rating score I can give. Many thanks for the opportunity to tell you how disappointed I am with your service. Regards, L. Cornwell

Delivery driver left a card saying he had tried to deliver the parcel but we were out. That would have been ok if we were but I was in all day. The card he left was not even put through the letter box but left in the recycle bin at the front door. The parcel was left at the side of my home and it was the next day before I noticed the card and retrieved the parcel. Just lucky it was still there and it hadn't rained over night or during the day. So I would say that the service was not great at all by this driver but it did arrive in the 24 hours that's it said it would on the parcel.

If you want terrible customer service and to never receive your parcel then book with Ipost! They left a huge box containing a £300 pram on my completely open and next to a busy road doorstep (supposedly) which was taken and have not returned any calls or emails. Disgusting. I am now seeking legal advice.

In the past week I received several parcels. Your request for feedback comes without reference to the sender. As such I am not in a position to state my degree of satisfaction. P.S. as my comments can't be passed on without adding a star rating I have to put in normal.

Despite being at home and answering the door for other deliveries the parcel was beside the front door when my husband returned from work at 7 pm. I have no idea how long it had been there. So thumbs down from me, not even left in a place that wasn't obvious. This was also glass but the instructions to treat it with care as it was fragile were INSIDE the box

Paid extra for collection between 8am and 1pm. Was not collected until after 2pm. Had to chase collection.

The price quoted by Royal Mail for my parcel was £21, Ipost was £9 for next day delivery. No contest there. Only downside was that they didn't collect on the day scheduled so I emailed through the 'contact us' but did not get a reply. Parcel collected the following day and delivered the day after - so that was as promised. They really could do with a phone helpline rather than just email, which wasn't answered.

Maybe an unfortunate accident ! Parcel left behind locked gate, put over fence Into a dustbin full of water. Shoes ruined (2 pairs of Cconverse All Stars). I've washed them in the washing machine, not brilliant but wearable. Not sure what else I can add.
