It was a good job I saw the van, I was not well and slow coming to the door, they left the parcel in the porch and I did not see the drivers and yet it says on line that I signed for the parcel which I most certainly did not.

Shocking delivery service was messaged everyday on 4 different days saying it was coming between a certain time which it didnt until the 4th day i wont use again!!

The delivery of my parcel was early and I wasn't in as I expected it to be delivered in my hourly slot. As I wasn't in my parcel was thrown over my back gate. My parcel was a bike for my son's birthday and throwing it over my back gate was totally unacceptable.

This is the worst service I have ever had from a postal company. They don't leave with a neighbour when you ask- several times. They managed to deliver on the fifth attempt. Only the sender can alter the delivery address so you can get it sent to your workplace- and then pay £13 for it to be sent to another depot- all because...the depot in Birtley is only open 8.30-4 weekdays when most people are at work and can't get there. An absolute joke. Not easy to contact them anyway.

Only one package of two arrived, whilst the other appeared back at the Internet vendors as a return a few days later. Marked as one of two but only one turned up. Not ideal.

I received an email saying my parcel would be delivered on 24 Feb 2014 between 1.05pm and 2.05pm. When I arrived home from work my husband said no parcel had been delivered and that there was no card through the door saying an attempt had been made to deliver. I then checked on ebay where I had ordered the item and the status said "Delivered and signed for by ...... my surname" at 1.19pm. I was confused as no parcel had actually been delivered. As it was dark at this time I did not want to bother my neighbours asking if they had signed for a parcel for me. At 8.30am on 25 Feb 2014 my next door neighbour arrived with my parcel and said that it had been put through his letter box. So, the status of the parcel being delivered was technically correct but it had been delivered to the wrong house, even though my address was clear on the address label. Also, the status of "signed for by...." was not true as my neighbour never even saw the courier driver - the parcel was just put through his letter box. All in all, not particularly happy.

he left the parcel with a neighbour but did not put a note through the door to let me know where it was .We were in all day but did not hear him knock on the door, The box was all battered and when I opened the box my item was damaged and I had to contact the seller to see about returning the item. Really disappointed with the service as if he had knocked I wouldn't have accepted the box because of the state it was in

Sorry about this but, I really am very upset with the service provided. I got text in the morning saying that my parcel will be delivered between 11.57-12.57, so I stayed home for collection. It went pass 16.00hrs and I still didn't receive the parcel, I made a phone call to find out the reason behind the delay. I was told it was with the Temp Driver and because of the adverse weather conditions the roads might be very busy. I was then advised that it will be delivered before 18.30 hrs. I called again when it gone pass 18.30 and was told again that it will be delivered before 20.00hrs. I never received the parcel on the day. I checked online and it showed back in the depot. I called to find out, I was told that the driver went over driving hours so it was not possible to deliver and now it will be delivered on Monday. That got to me as it was very very important for me to get the parcel, even one day late. I just don't want to discuss this but I am going to ask my suppliers about the couriers before I order anything.

I received the package yesterday 24th Feb. I ordered the goods pre 9th Feb. I had to chase the order and discovered they lost the details of what I ordered. Last week i was told it would be with me on Friday didnt happen. Its fine if you can wait but we needed the order to compete in a competition. I cant honestly blame the postal service but the supplier who failed to contact me in the first palce

I had an email which stated it would be delivered, I had no note to say it was delivered. I called to ask where it was and was told safe place behind the bin. It was not there.. it is an electrical good which cost £100.. now I am informed the sender has to put in a claim.. what a joke my poor son wont recieve his skooter in time for his birthday. REDICULOUS service

Parcel was left at front door but not through the letterbox. If it had rained my package could have been damaged.

I ordered my products on a Sunday for next day delivery I realise it wouldn't be here on the Monday but was expecting it on the Tuesday, how ever after 2 emails and 2 voice mail messages sent with no reply I finally received my products 10 days later I wouldn't have minded if I hadn't paid extra for next day delivery.

Goods despatched 18/2/15 on 72 hour service delivered Tuesday 24 Feb at 3pm, 3 days late. When checked on line the web site crashed on my enquiry. If this is the service from iPost Parcels never use them.
