No problems with the web site, ordering and definitely not the cost. Despite logging instructions in the event of oour being out for the parcel to be left at a neighbors or in our secure location, it was a shame to come home and find it outside the front door in full view of everyone passing. Not so good for an otherwise excellent service.

Service and speed was very good. But my package was just left on the counter of the retail outlet my wife works without a word being said. The parcel could so easly have been picked up and taken be one of her customers!

Avoid. Booked pre-12 delivery and was delivered at 3:30 with the reason being 'van left late'. Not offered any compensation or a refund. Customer service not a priority for this company. We send hundreds of parcels a week. This is the 1 and only time we will ever use this cowboy outfit.

Sorry to say but the parcel in spite of been conspicuously marked fragile had a fairly big dent at one end . I feared the worst and sure enough the item inside ( an antique porcelain dog ) was in pieces. Something quite substantial had been dropped on top of the parcel judging from the damage . I do a lot of business by post and have never seen a parcel arrive in this condition before . Doubt I would be using you .

I had a parcel delivered yesterday, 24hr express delivery, thanx for that! Only thing you could do to improve your service is, to let the customer know roughly what time you are going to deliver. I work night shifts and had to wait up all day, whilst between shifts, for a delivery that didn't arrive until after 6pm.

We were expecting the driver to knock the door or ring the doorbell (which is very loud) Insread our valuable parcel was left in full view on the doorstep NOT a very good or sensible thing to do

Quick delivery and good notification of when. We were slow getting to main building front door and found parcel in open porch. If we had not been around this may have gone.

The communication was good. I received an email and a text to say that the parcel would arrive between 16:25 & 17:25. Only it arrived at 18:45. Luckily I work from home, otherwise the office would have been closed and everyone gone home. The driver however was very cheerful and respectful

Thank you for the opportunity of reviewing your service. Frankly it was appalling. A customer waited in all day for a collection that should have been before 1p.m. we were finally able to ascertain that the driver had broken down - but why not inform the customer or the client waiting? In the event, the parcel, which should have been delivered on Friday to us, arrived on Monday. No recourse from yourselves, no apology, no offer of refund. Will we as a company be using you again - most certainly not.

Driver said he tried to deliver at 10.15 am and left a card. He did not leave a card, I was definately in. I has to collect myself from local depot and was told sorry and it was the drivers fist day.

The service can be good at times. The parcel can arrive next day and early. However being in waiting for this courier various times, over half the time they are a day late. I also have had one occasion where they said i was not in and they leave the parcel which is fine but they came to my neibours address in error and left it there. No card through my door. This is really annoying and frustrating. There are better services out there which have better customer service and more reliable.

My parcel arrived crushed and the contents smashed despite being wrapped excessively in fragile tape! The service was awful

The service needs improvement. The original delivery day was delayed with no explanation then the second delivery day given was incorrect and then parcel turned up on a completely different day! So not very reliable. Considering how some delivery companies allow you to track your parcel and can tell you when you will receive it within a few minutes this service seems a bit behind with the times! But the actual delivery driver was very friendly so thumbs up there!

My parcel was delivered when I was not at home, the box was clearly marked with fragile stickers, however, my clearly marked fragile parcel was thrown over my 6 foot side gate which landed in dog mess, I realise that the driver could not have know about the dog mess, but throwing it over the gate when marked fragile !!!! also surely a signature was required ???? ....not a good experience at all

Delivered the parcel through an open downstairs bedroom window. I'm not sure when windows became the new point of delivery. Box was dented but fortunately package was well wrapped by sender. No card through the door either. Very poor service

plastic caps where damaged in parcel and i was told the parcel will be delivered on thursday or friday but was delivered tuesday insted and left against the front door we where not at home not happy?

parcel on 24hr delivery should have arrived on 15/7/14 but arrived a day later on 16/7/14.
