My parcel was latest iPhone cost me £450..00. Asked for a text to let me know when the driver was doing my delivery, which I never received. Found my parcel this morning which had been left out over night. So glad it didn't get stolen.

Your driver did not wait for me to come down and sign for the package they left it at the bottom of our stairwell and even though I was calling to him on the way down he left and when i approached the box I could see why.. the box was wet and broken at one end it also had been droped and had been patched up, this left it very difficult to lift up again. I did contact my supplier and she was very upset that my goods had arrived damged. If you would like to see the images just get in touch.

Not happy with the driver I live in flats where I have to get the lift down to main door, the driver rang my buzzer,told me a parcel downstairs, I have difficulty moveing around, by the time I got downstairs the driver had gone, left a massive box outside, no signage, this box could of been stolen

The package was delivered early morning with an email advising a time sent at 5.50am. The package was not left in the agreed safe place as per my intructions, but left infront of my front door in full view of anyone passing. Had I been away that morning the box could have sat there all day at risk of being stolen. Would you have replaced the stolen items?

The service was excellent until the parcel was delivered to my address where it was left outside in the rain and the contents are now ruined !!!!!!!! I am now awaiting contact from you to my complaint.

The driver left the parcel at 1pm outside the front door of my house leaving it on show to passers by. Fortunately upon arriving home at 4 pm the parcel was still there. I feel lucky to have received my parcel. The dispatch and delivery time frame was good. Thanks

I used to use UKmail all the time for large parcels, gradually their service went downhill to the point I would book and they would not collect. I wrote 2 letters to their CEO Buswell and they were both ignored. They take money from customers and do not deliver on their service, they should be investigated and the CEO step down for being at the helm of a dysfunctional operation. They are only interested in big accounts and not the casual sender. They still have £30 of mine which they were very happy to take from failed collections.

My parcels were left outside my front door where I live on a busy street and they were damp. Would never advise anyone to use ipostparcels. I wrote a letter of complaint and haven't had a reply. If they had been stolen who would have been liable for the cost!?!

The left hand side break handle is cracked which it doesn't allow breaking with back wheel..very upset

Very disappointed in ipost parcels. Not only did they deliver the parcel to the completely wrong address, a different business not even in the same postcode (luckily friends of the company of the delivery address), but after 26 hours after raising an issue, I still have no reply. The fact that the email asking me to leave a review got here before they responded was just asking for this feedback. When a delivery company just drops off parcels to any old address that is in the same town without actually looking at the address on the parcel, it really does give off the impression that you are better using anyone other than iPost Parcels.

The packages were not delivered but instead one was left inside and the other was left in the porch of a neighbour. This was despite me being at home and waiting for the delivery. No attempt was made to knock at the door and these actions put the packages at risk of theft. It should be noted that there was no arrangement to leave the package with a neighbour and I am currently in dispute with this neighbours so the delivery amounted to a misdelivery.

I had a parcel number; EH029693229GB. This package was posted in Brazil on the 16th Oct. It had a CORRECT pre-printed address label stuck on it. The brains at Parcel Force 'transferred the info'. from this correct label, changed my first name and worse, changed the postcode and sent the parcel out. On the 30th Oct, my student, whose work this was, contacted me saying that the parcel was tracked as 'unable to be delivered'. I received a letter from parcel force, through the post telling me they had this parcel and couldn't deliver it because IT HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS ON IT. Finally it was delivered 2 days ago. To my complete amazement, the original and correct address label was right next to the wrong Parcel Force label. It wouldn't have taken a genius to scan sideways by about 2 inches to see the correct address would it? I despare of what is happening to services in this country. Even the Parcel Force complaints dept. are unobtainable, and when I did find a way in they unilaterally closed this complaint. I can only assume that my experience is considered normal practice for Parcel Force Staff. Ever seen the film ''Idiocracy''? We are already here.

The website says its been delivered ...but not to the address on the label.... so I don't know where my parcel is ? Very upset..... and not a happy customer.

Very late delivery. Disappointed client - but did receive notification that it would be late. Tracking system was not kept up to date. 2nd time in a row now.

The parcel was a framed signed print, a present from my son. In spite of being triple wrapped in bubble wrap and very clearly marked "FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE on all sides, it arrived rattling - I thought it was a board game with loose pieces. It had been dropped along the way, as the frame is dented along one side and the glass shattered. The shards of glass damaged the print at the top. I did email ipost as I was unwrapping the clearly damaged parcel, asking for advice as to how to proceed regarding the breakage and to date have received no reply.

Seller arranged for item to be delivered on another day but UK mail driver delivered on original day and left item outside in rain where it could easily have been stolen
