parcel delivered ok, the package of which had fragile on it was completely destroyed with a big rip and hole in it, luckily the contents (a can of paint spray) survived. i can not believe the courier delivered it in that condition. Pity there is no space for to put the picture I took of it! Mr Collingwood

Turned up two days early and at a different time to the one I was emailed. I received no notification that it was coming and we were not at home. Luckily a neighbour was able to receive it but no note was posted through our door so we were unaware that it had come until she had to deliver it to us. I dread to think what would have happened if our neighbour was not around. Poor service all round.

Delivery Driver was very impatient and inconsiderate. He pressed on my intercom and 4 of my neighbours intercoms continuously in a very aggressive manor, even though he had no reason to disturb my neighbours. He Was very rude and unapologetic when I told him his behaviour was unacceptable.

Had a parcel delivered today by ipost. This service was good and efficient BUT I've had previous bad experiences, including a lost parcel, compounded by their total disregard to my (several) attempts of contact for compensation etc!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMERS RELATIONS.

My parcel contained a microwave, it was packaged perfectly even had a towel and a blanket around it for extra protection, the plate inside was also wrapped in bubble wrap, even with all that when I opened it the plate inside was smashed to pieces, obviously my parcel has been thrown about for it to be practically down to dust, now the inside of my microwave is covered in tiny bits of glass. Absolutely shocking and I will never use this company again.

When it works it works But Customer SERVICE has to be Worst Ever !! Hours on phone trying to get through to continually have the buck passed Email prob not sorted then sarcastically get message saying it is sorted Terrible !!!!!!

Parcel was a week late , original delivery date was 23rd March ,it turned up after me phoning your company and on the 30th . Instructions to find address are included in the ebay address but were not copied over to the delivery address . When the driver eventually arrived he said "It was getting dark I couldnt be bothered to look for the place so I went home " or something very similar. Thanks for the "service" but I wont use it again.

Shocking service first the sender was told item had been lost but they was trying to find it then after finding it, it went out for delivery but never recieved and they told me it was signed by SAFE and left on doorstep instead of leaving with neighbour which I instructed them to do. Now my sender trying to make a claim for the parcel they say it was delivered and that's it. Absolute joke will never use or recommend this service

Great communication but the parcel contained eggs. It has fragile tape all over it but still the eggs were damaged.

Despite the fact my parcel was marked as fragile the delivery driver dropped the box over the fence into my patio which meant my package was heavily dented. Absolute disgrace I would not reccomend.

Driver arrived before the time slot and did not ask my wife to sign for the parcel. Regrettably the box had been burst on one side and on examination the contents were found to be damaged with the broken parts inside the packing material. I have now had to contact the sender to go through the process of obtaining a replacement. Supplier will no doubt be contacting you regarding the damage and I will have to remain at home to allow you to collect damaged goods.

Offering next day delivery, but can not fulfill this. We have used you twice w/c 30th March and on both occasions you have not met the expectations you set out to deliver. Both parcels arriving a day later than required.

I really didn't know UKMail (ipostparcel) is a rubbish courier in the UK. I am a seller and used UKMail (ipostparcel) to send few parcels with them but just within 3 weeks they have lost my 16 parcels and no one bothered to reply any of my emails or phone call. Worst customer service and doesn't take any responsibility. All my customers opened case on PayPal and Amazon so I have full refunded to them. If you are eBay or Amazon seller then please do not use ever UKMail / ipostparcel otherwise you will lose your business reputation. Parcel delivered to the wrong address. Emailed and called customer service Didn't get a reply from either. Thankfully lady at the address were parcel was delivered called me to inform me that my parcel was at her address. So i had to go and collect the parcel myself. Not what i would call a good service.

Parcel containing expensive tool left on my doorstep by the delivery man who didn't bother to ring the bell . I was working in my hallway at the time and heard a van pull up . I heard footsteps up to my door by no ring on the bell - looked out the window to see the driver driving off , opened my front door and there was my parcel! - NOT IMPRESSED!!
