To start with only one connection would work, and after multiple complaints they responded that it is the application's fault (Smart IpTv). Now none of the connections work and they do not respond to email inquiries. This service is unacceptable and I suspect a very shady operation - to say the least!”

EPG sucks and if you use PayPal don't use family and friends options because you will not get a refund and they will not respond back if ask for a refund. “I have tried the paid trial and very disappointed compared to the other IPTV service I have tried. EPG does not work, USA TV shows are not many and sports teams for NFL, MLB, and NBA is not showing. “I have been with IPTV for 1.5 years. Initial 6 months were good. I renewed my subscription for another year. Soon after suddenly the channels disappeared for a few days. No email responses. Came back up automatically and emails were responded. A technical reason was openly admitted by the company with promise of a consistency in the future. However, after a few weeks everything suddenly disappeared again for few days and no email responses. This became routine since then. Last email I sent had not been responded for months. I switched to another company. There was no point of asking for refund.”
“The plans are cheap, i admit. But you get what you pay for. Channels keep freezing or get a hiccup. Some work flawlessly but mostly don't. When you tell the support that the channel doesn't work they tell you there are other folders with the same stream. But if you have 3 other folders that are placed far from the one you're in right now? Good luck to find it.
When you need help... Well, very rude and not friendly support that keeps you waiting for the response and always blame you: your internet connection, your skills, the program you use. Everything else but not themselves.
90k programs sounds a lot. But these are duplicated several times. The m3u list is such a mess that finding appropriate channel is impossible. The only way to deal with it is to sort the list in another program and sideload it as a file and not a link.”

“Iptvgang is a real disaster, their customer service is just lousy, they almost never answer to the questions or they take more than 4 days to do it, their payment system is null, you have to wait 2 days to have the connection link, I took a 50 hours rial, the server url never worked, I contacted them since September 27th and still no answer, they are scammers, just pass by and do not buy anything from them .

“I've been in the customer service industry for nearly 2 decades. Let me tell you this (based on an hour of email support back-and-forth BEFORE TRIAL (as their trial setup instructions were an absolute nightmare, incomplete, missing information, etc. Their customer service is downright NASTY! I was belittled for not understanding their website tutorials, literally belittled in numerous emails: "Why can't you just read and understand out tutorials" they said....then proceeded to THREATEN me saying "Take some pills your (you're) crazy! We will ban you from using ANY IPTV!!"
I've used multiple IPTV services over the years, meaning I've properly set them all up. Well, this companies website/tutorials are an ABSOLUTE MESS!! They're inconsistent, out-of-date, etc. When I pointed this issue out to them, they once again resorted to "NAME CALLING" and "BELITTLING" emails....
I can't express this point enough, the most unprofessional and harassing customer service I've EVER experienced, in nearly 25 years! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!”
