“was trying to send a tv to the UK. I didn't have the box and tried to wrap it in bubble wrap and half a box. When the man came to pick up the TV ( on time and were very nice), he imediately said that it will get damaged. They didn't take the TV but explained nicely why, but the man was right it would have gotten damaged. Afterwards, their support imediately contacted me and gave me some options ( best support ever and I know cause I work in support, they were kind and offering real options). They allowed me time to get a real box and send it again afterwords. Cudos to the whole team.”

“I had shipped my bike from Ireland to UK in a big box. The parcel was picked up and delivered very fast, even before the quoted date. They handled the whole transaction efficiently. There was no damage on the parcel. Very happy with the service. The delivery is run by TNT. I recommend Irish Parcels as they are reliable, cheap and door pick up. Note: Always pack your stuff well. I used bubble wrap, thermocol and lot of duct tape outside.”

“This service was easy to use and DPD the courier collected on time and delivered the next day. There was only one problem and that was that important nuts and bolts which were attached to the main part of my item (a tow bar) got separated from the the main piece and was delivered the next day. This was slightly worrying”
