“Online purchase was straight forward, price was fair. However despite delivery being guaranteed for the 16th Dec, the package wasn't delivered until COB on the 19th Dec.”

“This was my first time to use Irish Parcels as a private customer and I am happy with the service I received. Bonus for me was the collection from my door on the requested day , and the pleasant attitude of the staff I dealt with. They could have highlighted better that you had to print off two copies of the address label: I printed one off to stick on the parcel, but was under the impression they were going to email me a copy of that to hand to the collection driver. However he sorted that out.”

“Very good service, quick and fair price. Only one bad thing need to be mentioned, I was waiting for a pickup all day and nobody show up, I haven't been adviced about any delay, so I had to call to enquiry during late evening and they rescheduled the collection for me the day after.”

“By far the cheapest solution for a 10kg parcel from Ireland to Germany. GLS actually picked up and delivered the parcel. GLS wanted nearly twice the price when I went direct to their website!!!??? Irish Parcels are a little more expensive than my regular couriers for Irish deliveries though.”

“I was happy with the service overall. It may help other customers to state the parcel should ideally be placed in a box on the website for collection and delivery if this is a requirement which would make the service more efficient and easier to manage overall.”

Thank you very much for your review, Patricia. We do advise in our FAQs that you can use your own boxes/packaging as long as it is suitable to safely transport your items in. Boxes are not strictly a requirement on our services, however, we do recommend them. We also advise that we do not accept suitcases/bags as packaging. We hope this helps. “Delivered on time , and contact with receiver was good. Parcel arrived very battered and some of the contents were damaged.”

“The parcel was a day late being collected due to the fact the carrier GLS said they had insufficient information on pickup address. I had to phone your offices to find out what the problem was and your Customer Services Dept (Brett and Aaron) got the problem sorted and the parcel was collected the following day.”

“I was fully satisfied with Irish Parcels- the more that I had comparision a fornight before I tried to order a shipment with another company-which never suceeded, despite being paid, and it took over two weeks to have it refunded. With Irish Parcels the Price was affordable, the collection was on the second working day after the order was placed, the man who came to collect it was kind and helpful.In three days the parcel was delivered to Germany, in perfect condition. I am definitely going to stay with Irish Parcels and I can honnestly recommend them. Kinga”

“Could be very good if I wouldnt have to pay VAT, because I purchase service from an Irish company as a foreign company. I loose money. Other than that service is very good.”
