“Orderd an item was sent the wrong item, they didn't reply when emailed so I returned the item for a refund i then ordered the same item again with am additional item and tbey were both delivered being the wrong items again. No one seems to reply to you either”

I ordered some trousers that arrived with TWO clear big marks/stains, i emailed and got ignored then provided images finally got a reply but one with no intent to resolve. I sent PROOF of receipt that i returned and after 3 more emails of being ignored have now been told my return was not received so they can’t process my refund. VERY AMATEUR VERY POOR AND JUST A DISGUSTING LEVEL OF SERVICE THROUGHOUT. AVOID!!!!!!”

I have ordered from the website 2 times. The first time, my item never arrived and after waiting 2 weeks I had to repeatedly chase customer services for them to tell me the parcel was lost in the post and I was given the refund. The item I had ordered was for a wedding and it had sold out so I never got it.
The second time I ordered a belt and Jewellery. Absolutely awful! Necklace was literally made from plastic. Sent the items back and after 1 month I still did not receive a refund. They have ignored emails, Instagram messages and Facebook messages. So I have had to get my bank involved. If you take a look on any of the sites social media you will see hundreds of people were never given the refunds back! This is illegal and not acceptable at all.”
“This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of trusting with my hard earned money. I am waiting for 2x refunds totalling nearly £100. When I initially emailed regarding my refund I was told to wait 21days, 21days passed, surprise surprise NO REFUND. I have chased them again and again with no response. I have gone through PayPal so hopefully this might help me get my own money back. This can't be legal, stealing money from hard working people. If I could give no stars I would.”
