They sent through detailed photos and descriptions prior to my placing of the order, and then dispatched it within 2 days. It took the best part of a month to arrive but this was mostly due to limited flights in lockdown and then a Parcelforce IT issue that held things up further by a few weeks. Received (eventually) well packed, cleaned and with a new set of strings. Would definitely use Ishibashi again.”
