I ordered a weekly publication from you. The first copy was expected on Jan 5th. Your very rude operative called Gemma, who can only quote from your web site and talks like a robot advises me that the first copy for a basic weekly newspaper will take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive! What a disappointment. I placed a similar subscription with another copy for a different magazine and received it straight away! Obviously the "industry guidelines" you hide behind are to cover your very poor performance. Shocking!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not happy with your customer service experience. I am sure our representative was just trying to help; isubscribe are a third party agent and the information on the start date would have been obtained from the publishers themselves, who fulfil the subscription. We will provide an exact start date for you asap and email this to you. I hope this helps

I was promised a discount on ordering two subscriptions, I actually ordered three, no discount was given.

Thank you for your review I can see that on the day of your order we were running an offer whereby we gave £10 off if you purchase 2 or more subscriptions. This came with a promocode which would need to be entered in order for the discount to be removed from the order total. As the discount wasn't provided, I have emailed you a voucher code for isubscribe, please use this with our compliments

email Christmas greeting not sent to recipient, no subscription taken from subscriber despite confirmation being sent. Do I cancel Direct debit or what?

Subscribed to two magazines as a gift and completed the gift forms and confirmed the dates for Xmas day. Nothing sent to the recipient, even a week later, still no confirmation sent. Utterly hopeless doing this as a gift.

Thank you for your review I am really sorry that the 2 icards were not received. I know this may be too late but I have re-sent these today so that the recipient can read your gift message. I have contacted the publishers for the start dates of your subscriptions: BBC Wildlife - the Feb issue is due next week BBC Earth - February issue due on 2nd Feb

We did not receive confirmation of the subscription or the emails, as requested, to my son and daughter, at this email address, telling them that they would be getting a subscription, so they did not receive it as a Christmas present, which is what it had been intended for. The only contact I have received is the request for this review.

I have used the isubscribe three times. Every time I wish to renew the subscription I have to re-register as a new customer with a completely new email address. The site never recognises my email and password combination. Whenever I try to reset my password I'm told that no account with my email exists (despite being constantly spammed by your company and being unable to register for the newsletters). If I try to create an account with that email I'm told that an account with that email already exists. I now have three different email addresses registered with your company. Please fix this.

Due to privacy I am unable to see your password, however I have emailed IT to ask why you're unable to login to your account, as I can imagine this is very frustrating. Terrible - took the money twice - then passed it off as another companies problem. Waited over a week for it to be sorted and it is still not. Sitting on my money and not answering my mails.

I haven't received anything 4 weeks after ordering, although my card was debited then. It does say on the website I might have to wait 4 to 6 weeks as the current on sale edition would not be sent - surely an old edition from years ago could be recovered and sent, so that I receive something, before I forget I ever ordered something in the first place. Asking me to review the experience of having my money taken before receiving anything is absurd.

Thank you for your review. magazine subscribers always get the issues before they hit the shops, this is why sometimes you may have to wait for the next new issue to be published. I have contacted the publishers of Puzzler Killer Sudoku today, this is starting with January 11th issue, however I have noticed that the address doesn't look complete, please could you check this and confirm with Puzzler Media who dispatch the magazines (0800 904 7018, customerservices@puzzler.com)

I was unable to complete my renewal order on line. Then I was quoted a different price to what my renewal form stated. Finally I question the amount I was eventually charged ( being different again from that advertised.) To date after submitting my request TWICE I am still awaiting a reply.

Hi there, Thank you for your message. Please be advised for all weekly publications we do recommend 2-4 weeks for the first issue to arrive. I have however contacted the publishers on your behalf who have confirmed your start date. I have sent this in a separate email to you. I hope this helps.

Thank you for taking the time to review us. Firstly I would like to apologise that you have not heard back from us, it appears that non of your messages has reached us. I have sent over a personal email to gather information from you so we can investigate why your messages did not reach us. In regard to the first issue arriving before Christmas it would appear that when the order was placed it was not selected to start after Christmas, which was an option above the delivery address. This would be noted on the confirmation email if you selected this option. As it was not selected at the time the first issue was sent out in the standard delivery time of 4-6 weeks for monthly magazine. It is unfortunate this has happened, I have sent you over an email to you to discuss this further with you.

Really disappointed in the thinkness and content of the teen vogue magazine for the price. This maybe because they don't print it in the uk and it is shipped from abroad
