Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking time to review us. It seems that an iCard wasn't successfully created when you placed your order. It is unfortunate as of course you would like to inform whom ever the gift was for that it has been gifted. If it isn’t to late I can set up an iCard for you. “Able to order successfully, however subscribed a week ago and recipient has not received the gift email. Checked all folders including trash and junk but not received. Unable to comment further as not yet received first magazine.”

Dear Karen, Thank you for taking time to review us. I see that an iCard wasn't created at the end of your order, this would be why the iCard was not sent. Hi Antony, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Please be advised we are a third party company so as we do not dispatch the magazines we can only provide a guideline of 4-6 weeks for the first issue of a monthly publication. “Unanswered mail - now a week old Hi Jemima I have just placed the above renewal order for Carp World Please confirm that this order will start when the previous order finishes Your confirmation page suggests it starts with the next issue and does not commence when the previous order finishes - October If the above is OK why don’t you include it clearly on the confirmation page before people place their order?? Dear Anita, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Please be advised we are a third party company so do not actually dispatch the magazines to provide you with an exact start date. We do however provide an estimate of 4-6 weeks for the first delivery of every monthly magazine, which would have been noted on your email confirmation. “I have used this service for gift subscriptions for my family for many years. Despite misgivings about 'overlap' of subscriptions occurring through renewing so far in advance, the reality is that the service has always been perfect - so have no worries, isubscribe will come through for you reliably and efficiently and you should be able to make a good saving on your subscription, whether for yourself or, more importantly, as a gift.”
