Very good site except I missed the place where I could have requested the first copy to arrive after Christmas . As this is a gift for my grandson it would have. Even useful.

Couldn't get through as lives were busy so was asked to leave my message and number, which I did. I had to call and leave my number again as I hadn't heard from them. This time they called back and my order was processed. I called again asking for an email confirmation, which was sent.

Yes your purchasing department and your deliveries are very good, however I have just purchased another subscription for my son with NO RECEIPT,, NO CARD TO GIVE HIM AT CHRISTMAS TO LET HIM KNOW THE MAGAZINE HAS BEEN SUBSCRIBED TO, in fact nothing to show the subscription has been made. I had big problems trying to resubscribe to your UK magazine from Australia. Sent email but did not get an answer. My grandson helped me sort it out.

Would be nice to know when you're due to receive your first magazine, and what date of each month roughly from then on. Seems to be very little detail once the subscription is purchased

Setting up a Vanity Fair subscription for my daughter was a relatively straight forward and painless experience. The added bonus of a free digital copy of a magazine for my other daughter as part of the deal was very welcome indeed and well received.

I bought a subscription to slimming world on 21st October and asked for a notification card to be sent to the recipient for 2nd November for her birthday, this didn't happen and as yet she hasn't received a magazine either. The order and payment were easy enough thank you but not impressed with the follow up, maybe give a date at completion when you can expect the first delivery

I have not understood whether you will be sending me(the purchaser) a card to give to my daughter for whom the magazine is for. As it is a Christmas present I do not want my daughter to receive any details before Christmas.

I ordered a magazine subscription for Christmas. The website was easy to go through and I found the magazine I wanted to subscribe to fairly easily. There was some good offers and the payment online was easy to understand and I got an email quite quickly to let me know my order had been successful. will be using this website again In the new year.

Best value Vogue subscription I could find and easy ordering. I had a query which was answered quickly and to my satisfaction. The subscription was for my daughter and hasn't started being delivered yet but I don't envisage any problems.
