“I had to return a faulty board but now cannot seem to get a refund. Every time I ring up I'm told someone from accounts will ring me back however no one ever does! I've emailed and phoned numerous times but still can't get my money back. I see from other reviews that I'm not the only one this has happened to. Avoid this company at all costs I feel I've been ripped off completely.”

“Paid on the 25th of September. ..board delivered in good time but didn't work from the start...sent back with courier as requested and we're told that they would repair it not send a new one ...decided to have money back as my daughter had paid for this out of her birthday money and didn't want to take a chance on another one....
For some reason the accounts department need to contact me to issue a refund... this is now the 8th of November and I still have no contact from them to phone customer services nearly every day to be fobbed off with pathetic apologies.. oh and normally someone from accounts will call you back within the hour......
Hard to believe this has been going on for close to two months and I am still close to three hundred pounds down.. ( probably over that with the a punt of time I have spent on the phone)
Can't understand personally how they have such good feedback..
