“This company is not professional at all. They advertised a monitor online (through Amazon) but did not actually have the item in stock. When I purchased, it was expected to arrive Aug 12..... today is Aug 13 and it has not shipped. They are trying to locate a monitor to send to me and have no lead time info to give. When I called last week about my order the representatives sounded like they were sitting right beside each other handing the phone off and eventually stopped answering the phone for me. The first purchase I made with them was difficult also. I had to keep calling them back for an invoice and was still sent the wrong invoice twice. I was even told to call back multiple times because the office wasn't actually open until 9am "over here" although they answered the phone. Seems like they are only interested in the sales part of the business, not quality/professional customer service.”

“Paced an order online. Two days later no confirmation email, nothing. Called 4 times, emailed and post on Facebook: every time they promised to call back in 1 hour. Nobody ever called. Buy from somewhere else, they are scammers!”

“I would not recommend working with this company as I think they are scammers. They seem eager to help and are quick to get back to you when requesting a quote but once I had to talk to them on the phone I wasn't able to talk to anyone that could speak fluent english and they were in a huge rush to just get my CC # and didn't answer my questions. Finally I sent them my CC information and my bank marked my acct as possible fraud. They even went to the extent of calling me ans saying they had someone on the phone from my bank and I needed to authorize the transaction. After the run around we didn't proceed anything further and went else where for our business.”
