“Years ago I bought a custom shirt from iTailor. Despite painstaking measurement on my part, the shirt arrived too tight in the armhole, chest, and waist. Their customer service was bogus, and calculated to wear you down. I had to submit photos of the shirt with tape measure, and of myself wearing the shirt. Pic showed the shirt comically tight on me, and the tape measure that their cut was small. Yet they ruled it was my fault. They make a low quality product at what seems to be an attractive price, until you get the product. Poor fabric selection, garish colors. They are out to make a buck off naive customers, and don't care about quality or customer satisfaction. I threw the shirt away. I can only comfort myself I have since bought 18 MTM shirts, and none are from them. If they had been scrupulous, they could have had this business. And, Yes, my experience with the other vendors has been way more positive. In a sense, it was lucky their true colors were exposed so quickly, so that I would no longer support such an immoral person. Be aware that there is another review site (name begins with "T", and has a "P" in it) where they have a high rating. Even there, there are at least 33 one star ratings. Somehow they have recruited shills and bots to write a mass of favorable reviews to drown out the negative ones. A truly bad person.”

“Suits were described as slim fit. They made all the measurements big. The jacket sleeves were way to wide I can fit 2 arms in the sleeve, looks like they used pant legs. The pants were baggy no where close to slim fit. They went bigger on all the measurements. Waist length all big. The jacket feels 2 sizes to big. Don't waste your money. You'll have better results going to Macy's”

“This is my second time dealing with Itailor.com, first was ok but second time, this time, I ordered 5 shirts and 7 suits. They are 3 sizes too big for me. I've contacted them and they requested photos, I sent them photos, they said they would work out the issue. Its been almost 7 month, I have oversize clothes I cannot wear and no sign of anyone in this company that seems to care. Almost $2300.00 later, im stuck. Don't make the same mistakes i made. Buy local where you can return the items if the fit is not correct. NEVER AGAIN!”

“Ordered 2 shirts and took 8 weeks to get to me and once they did the size was way off! I don’t dress like a fashion designer I am willing to put up with slight inaccuracies but the sleeve was like 2 inches to long. The length of the shirt looked like a skirt when not tucked in. Around the stomach could easily have 7-8 inches taken off. The only bit that fit were the neck and shoulders. I will not buy from them ever again and yeah they don’t take shirts back even when you follow their video on how to measure. Don’t bother with this compony your better getting quality shirt elsewhere and pay a little extra instead of throwing money down the drain with ITailor.”

“I used the online tools to take my measurements and then order a completely custom suit. The technology seemed to work fine. When my order was complete, I realized that even with the $100 rush fee the suit would not arrive in time to meet my needs so I immediately cancelled the order through their customer service portal. I received an email stating that the order was cancelled but they have not provided a refund and have been unresponsive to my follow up requests. I would have certainly used their services in the future but not after the theft of funds.”

“irst time used iTailor - Website looks good ( but that's easy to do) - ive had shirts and trousers made in far east before and they are ALWAYS wrong- Went for the cheapest as expecting disaster - PLEASE NOTE -THEIR WEBSITE is very POOR on amount of measurement you can give ( so i expected a disaster) - went for Narrow slim fit trousers and a shirt - Arrived well presented - well made - nice finish- material Good for the price - Shirt as always from the far east FITS- NICE - WELL DONE TROUSERS - as always AWFUL- the waist was good as per size- crutch good- the rest AWFUL- I ordered slim fit trousers STANDARD SLIM are 15ich bottoms - Slim thigh ,knee. etc - i dont understand why i gave measurement of thigh for them to make them 2 inches bigger. They need to be CLEARER and what they are selling eg - THE SLIM TROUSERS WE SELL are 15 inch bottom 18 inch knee - 23 thigh etc or allow YOU to give measurements . I've now complained - and sent them picture of what SLIM - NARROW so ill rereview after that process. I would be very careful in buying anything other than a shirt, unless your not that bothered about what you look like”

“Terribly cut suit, arrived late after paying for 7 day delivery. Had to spend significant amount to tailor and fix all the areas that were so poorly done. Customer service was very poor.”
