“Very impressive overall performance from checking out, packaging to stitching and delivery except a little size issue in on of the two kurtas. But here agan iiTokri wins as as the garments hav so much margin of extra material on each side that this issue can be ignored. The material used is of superior quality and one can be assured of comfort. Thankyou iTokri”

“Sad to note that my order been messed up ☹️. Uploaded the picture and highlighted the stole which is not part of the order. I had made this special purchase for my wife as she loved the stole collections on your little adda. I did not see any verbiage about the replacement of an item happens in the event item is not available. Not sure as how this can be fixed as I returned back to USA and today on 1st April my wife excitingly opened the parcel and surprised to see one of the stole she liked is being replaced and so thought immediately to leave this feedback. And also saw a statement of pride on your website that every parcel gets a personal attention but seems like this one been an outcast ☹️.”

“I bought a dress and bag from iTokri. Even with the cost of postage to UK I paid far less than I would expect to pay for items of such quality. Ordering was simple and communication was excellent throughout. The dress is exactly as it appears on the website and the recycled denim bag is perfect. I would recommend this company to buyers anywhere in the world.”

“I have been purchasing products from itokri since it’s launch. I’ve trusted their authenticity and made many purchases big and small over the years. I’ve always been a happy customer up until my last experience. Products going out of stock days after a purchase has been made ( there should be a better inventory management), product not entirely matching the picture shown and the fitting not being the same as described in the size chart etc have all been a very disappointing experience. Don’t know if I’m convinced I’ll shop again.”

“I have recently purchased a single bed-cover ikkat, a cotton stole and a jewellery pouch with 4 compartments. i am very pleased with the products. The colour of the bedsheet is a bit darker than the one shown but it is ok. I hope the colour wont run. i also like the packaging of itokri and their personalised letter.”
