“Quick service and very good price. Delivered as signed for parcel which caused me a big problem, our sorting depot is a 20 min drive away and only open for very ltd hours. I would prefer to have known the form of postage before buying as I would not have chosen signed for”

“Really pleased with my items. My order arrived quickly. Unfortunately, they weren't able to supply all items but excellent communication from retailer to update me and they promptly arranged my refund for the unavailable items without me having to ask. I think this shows great customer service and I'd have confidence to shop with them again.”

“Pros: The watch I ordered arrived very quickly the next day, a few days before Xmas. Very helpful on the phone prior to order. The watch was at a very good price to refuse. Cons: the box for the warch had a tear in one corner and looked old. The watch is complicated to set up so it didn't help that the instructions were for a different model and I had to find it online. Not even worn it yet but already a problem with the date change mechanism not centering in window nor allowing correction via online instructions.....needless to say I am not happy having this type of problem so soon!!!”
