“I am an odd shape and size so normal high street store shopping was very difficult. Then I found Jacamo on - line with a huge range of clothes. Finding my size was easy, so was setting up my own personal account. As an old age pensioner finding clothes that suited my style and of course my age has been made perfect. I am so pleased with m many purchases, even when things needed returning it was a breeze. Now with an extended range of goods including household items Jacamo is my first port of call.”

“I bought a suit for my brothers wedding, the choice was phenomenal, and the suit arrived,however I had miscalculated on the trouser size. I was able to return the trousers,twice with no fuss via a courier. Ithey also list other garments which will go with your suit.”

“I needed a new suit urgently as I was going to a funeral.I went on the Jacamo website picked a suit shirt and tie. All delivered next day.outstanding service.”

“Ordered a pair of jeans from Jacamo, first they sent me the wrong size (mislabled) so I returned them and tried again THREE TIMES! And every time they sent me the wrong size. The last pair they sent were very clearly SECOND HAND - the cuffs were shredded and dirty with threads hanging out. The sort of wear that only happens after several weeks or months of use. On top of this all, 3 days after I placed the final order they illegally charged my card for another £20. I had to call the card company to have it reversed. When I contacted "customer service" the advisor just ignored me and went silent! Stay away from the grubby, theiving filth that is Jacamo.”

“The goods were ok, sizes fitted well. However, they have sent items which Hermes have lost, and after five months of complaints they STILL refuse to resend or refund. Sadly wont ever use them again.”

“Finally found a place where I can buy t-shirts that actually fit the length of my body as everywhere else only seems to reach the top of my waist band, they don't charge the earth either. Definitely will be using again in the near future.”

“the product I ordered arrived hassle free and quickly(great delivery service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). the products on offer/for sale are great as well with extra attention on bigger sizes as well which makes a change. unfortunately as well as these positives there are some negatives as well like; where's the app for example!!!!!!!!!!!????, and the navigation on the website can be a little tricky. overall pretty good with only a few gripes/more positives than negatives. ben.”
