“Great hotel and cheaper than booking elsewhere. Japan Ski experience were very helpful answering any questions I had beforehand. I would definitely book with them again when returning to Japan.”

“Booking through Japan Ski Experience took all the guesswork out of transfers and timings. At the last minute we had to change a transfer and the Japan Ski Experience team were easy to reach and made our changes quickly. The communication along the way with travel documents and reminders was excellent. Will always use Japan Ski Experience when visiting Niseko.”

“Japan Ski Experience were the ultimate professionals and i highly recommend them and would use their services again. We booked our accomodation, private transfers, premium ski and boot hire, lift passes and ski school through Japan Ski Experience and everything was organised perfectly. Our driver was waiting at the gate at Sapporo, lift passes in our room, the unit was available with early check in and location of our unit in Niseko was excellent. Multiple times throughout our stay i had a question or issue and they very quickly responded and were always willing to assist. Thankyou so much to Duncan, Oliver and the team at Japan Ski Experience.”

“The consultants at Japan Ski Experience were excellent. Very polite and easy to deal with. Even better, they secured much cheaper prices for accommodation for us (at the same hotels) than the New Zealand based travel consultant we had originally used. They were very knowledgeable about which resorts would suit us best and found us a perfect hotel that we would definitely stay at again. They also arranged all our ski rental and transfers. It was very seamless.”

“Oliver Sparks who managed my booking was excellent. He was very responsive to all my questions and provided excellent advice and assistance. Japan Ski Experience was the first to get back to my initial request (Powderhounds was slow and rude when they did as a result of my follow up. We have used them before but won't again). The accommodation at Kouzan Woods for our party of 5 was perfect and the vehicle with the property was great. Our timing was excellent with great snow, which made for a fantastic trip all round. The transfers and property provider meeting us at our bus was excellent, as well as the transfer back to the bus on departure. Everything worked seamlessly. We were very happy with the whole service.”
