“I recently just purchased one of the newer sports bras (hype sports bra) and it ripped after only wearing it twice. I spend a lot of money on j8fit and jatie beauty so I’m upset that I payed so much for a sports bra that ripped. Otherwise I brag about this product all the time.”

“Sizing is very far off! Not what I expected from my previous purchase. Return policy is not accommodating to all customers! Also I received items I didn’t purchase such as an extra tank top, and was told I would have to pay to ship back. Will not be purchasing from this company again!”

“I have been looking for some cute workout clothes for quite some time that I feel comfortable in. Jatie Fit is both comfortable and flattering on my body type which is hard to come by, You can really tell that Josh and Katie know their stuff when it comes to fitness attire, and put the time and effort in to find a product that they would be happy to wear in their own workouts! I love everything I got, and find that I’m more motivated to work out now that I have some cute outfits to wear!”

“I ordered these bands over 10 days ago and paid for 2-day shipping and still haven't received them. I understand shipping is taking longer these days... but 10 days seems like a stretch to me.”

“I bought Betz leggings from the online site. The leggings were good, but the customer service was horrible. Initially, I bought the Betz leggings in blue and the leggings that I received were not the size that I ordered. There was a huge delay in responding to my messages and then the Betz leggings in blue in my size (the size I ordered) were sold out after they delayed to get my messages. Therefore, I ordered a different pair and returned the other Betz leggings in blue. I received a customer support message that said that the return label hasn't been delivered to me yet. However, I used the return label already to send the leggings to them. I am still sorting this out after over a month of purchasing the leggings and I'm still waiting for my refund of the leggings that were incorrectly sent to me.”
