“Purchased a GME hand held two way from the Jaycar underwood store. I had issues with the product so phoned GME direct and they were next to useless. Went back to Jaycar and the staff there were wonderful. I have has two good shopping experiences at this store and was happy to pay a little more than a competitor knowing that if I had any issues I could get great service at this store.”

After getting the camera installed found out it wasn’t working probably so back to Jaycar New Lynn and the sales person who served us before when through everything trying to sort our problem out, in the end he gave us a new camera as he was certain we got a faulty one first off ….
